i love the 2 minute podcast format @RobParson, 1:09 yes great idea to focus on our skills, Daniel Coyle has an awesome book about skill development I think its called the Little Book of Talent, it has amazing concrete tips on improving skills such as soccer skills too where I think one idea was about how in one place the coach has the players play in a small room which forces the players to practice their skills
3:23 @Johnbritton thanks for sharing your insights and reminds me of K. Anders Ericcson's work in his book Peak saying that experts become good by investing many hours in independent deliberate practice 4:45 thank you so much for sharing the importance of tools but also the importance of developing competence, being commited to growth and being willing to fail. 5:49 "Earn" I love this, it reminds me of how in martial arts the belt levels are earned, to my understanding.
5:35 i am also learning the importance of saying good things to ourselves from the writing of wallace d wattles 6:20 bob Proctor also stressed the importance of discipline which he defined as giving ourselves an order and following through with it, I am also reminded of Jim Rohn 7:20 I remember Tim Ferris being a big fan of journaling too 7:35 tracking our past successes is something I learned from Jack Canfield
love it, thank you for the english version, @JalalSunstrum, I love the piano background, do you have a pop filter that might help with the few popping sounds, just an idea for improvement. WHat a beautiful poem, thank you so much for sharing this! "I will go deep inside myself" i love the conclusion
