Leadership Next Mar 21 · 36m Will Drone Delivery Go Mainstream?Zipline is the world’s largest commercial drone delivery system. Since the company’s founding in 2014, Zipline’s autonomous electric aircrafts have delivered hundreds of thousands of packages to people around the world. It's planning to complete 1 million deliveries by the end of 2023. Most of the packages the Zips have delivered include vital items like medicine, vaccines and PPE. Zipline's first distribution center opened in Rwanda in 2016 and it has since expanded into Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, Côte d'Ivoire, Japan, and the U.S.
Keller Rinaudo Cliffton is Zipline's co-founder and CEO. In today's episode of Leadership Next, Rinaudo Cliffton joins hosts Alan Murray and Ellen McGirt to share why Zipline started with drone delivery to hospitals in Rwanda seven years ago, and how the company has grown. He explains why launching as a business, not a philanthropy, was essential. He also talks about Zipline's partnership with Walmart, delivering to shoppers in Arkansas, and the company's plans for expansion into the consumer delivery market.
Later in the episode, hear from Fortune Senior Writer Jessica Matthews who visited Walmart's drone delivery site in Pea Ridge, AR back in 2021. Matthews tells us more about the state of the drone delivery market, where it’s going and what challenges it's facing.

The Big Take Mar 21 · 29m Washington Takes Aim At Those Hated Non-Compete AgreementsThe US Federal Trade Commission is weighing restrictions on many non-compete agreements in employment contracts. These clauses dissuade workers from switching jobs and impact roughly one in five Americans—including physicians, hair stylists, even fast food workers.
Bloomberg reporter Leah Nylen joins this episode to explain the FTC’s efforts to dial them back. And reporters Jo Constantz and Josh Eidelson, and White House editor Mario Parker, talk about how non-competes became a way for companies to freeze employees in place—and how the move to restrict them is part of a larger push by the Biden administration to bolster workers’ rights.

The Betchelor Mar 21 · 1h 18m Post Suite ClarityWe've made it fantasy suites, or as Zach fondly refers to it as "sex week". Sean Lowe remains his inspiration, and Zach overcorrects the mistakes Clayton made. Jared and Kay react to Zach creating a "no sex" policy, then watch him essentially, f*ck up. Jared describes him as the Goldilocks of Bachelor nation, trying to find someone who is "just right". And Kay wants whatever beta blockers Ariel is taking because she is the definition of chill. Follow @thebetchelor on Instagram and Twitter to stay up to date on all reality tv!
