Host feels like a wise friend
Is it the topic content? The relaxing voice? The magical safe space that seems to appear from my earbuds? Biz knows how to create the feeling that it’s just her and I together. I feel safe, understood and have hope every time I listen to her episodes. This podcast will remain on my favorites list for a long time to come!

Inspiring podcast full of heart!
I just heard about the Woman Worriers podcast and tuned in to the episode with Jac O'Keeffe. It was fantastic. The converstaion between host Elizabeth Cush and guest Jac O'Keeffe flowed so beautifully and they touched on deep and sensitive topics. From spirituality to psychiatry and mental health, I kept saying, "yes, yes, yes!!" as they dialogued. Elizabeth is a great host who gives space for her guest to dive deeper into a subject, while guiding the conversation in interesting directions. I'm so glad I happened upon this podcast, and I recommend it to other women looking for a down-to-earth yet uplifting podcast!

An extremely comprehensive approach to Worry, Anxiet and Fear
This podcast speaks about the various elements to fear, worry and anxiety so you target all the necessary elements to fear. I especially liked the episode on generational patterns because this is what I believe is the absolute root to our negative emotions.

Great podcast and purpose
The topics discussed on this podcast are so important and I’m glad Elizabeth is covering them. I’ve listened to the body image and an episode on anxiety which are both such important topics in today’s society. Is This Pod Made for Me??
As a woman who has recently started suffering from anxiety, I was so happy to stumble upon this show via a podcast group. Elizabeth Cush is a great host that makes her guests feel comfortable as they discuss ways of combating anxiety and tips for gaining a better grip on mental health. Listening to a creative arts therapist discuss the power of music was really insightful!

Trauma and worry are not well understood in our community, but this podcast goes a long way to remind you about mindfulness and how you should be aware of those around you may be dealing with things you may not be aware of.

An incredibly valuable experience.
I listened to the episode on childhood trauma and it really shifted my own personal perspective. Stress and trauma in the womb wasn't something I'd considered beyond a chemical experience (don't drink, etc). But Elizabeth's conversation with Laura Reagan really did a great job of showing just how crucial those earliest months of life and development are in becoming the person you're going to become. Also, how to identify those instances in adulthood and work to put them behind us. Incredible podcast, Elizabeth! Thank you!

Resourceful and educational
I want to start by saying Elizabeth’s voice is very soothing and she makes it easy to listen to. However, I’m not sure why she decided to aim the podcast towards women (well she did say women are more affected in areas such as anxiety but still) because it’s just as helpful for men. I like the overall flow of the show and look forward to listening to more.

Good for self help
Sometimes we put little thought into why we do things...not knowing that childhood or other traumas may be subconsciously influencing. This is the reason I enjoyed the interview with Lauren Reagan. The interview was insightful and to the point.

Mystery around therapists revealed
What I like most about this podcast is the accessibility to many therapists. Usually, folks with this career have many considerations that keep them tight lipped. It’s cool also to see a therapist passionate enough her work that she’s doing a podcast. It’s really useful to hear professionals in human behavior emotions talk about issues we all deal with to some degree. I’m pleasantly surprised at how much I learned about myself by listening!

Education is key and this podcast will inform as well as entertain your questions as well as help guide you on your life’s journey. Thank you for addressing such a need in our society today.

Great resource
This show may be called Woman Worriers, but the subject of body dis morphia is a very real issue. Maria Paredes in her interview makes a point of how men are discussing body image like Aaron Flores. I especially like how curiosity is a recommended course of action. Elizabeth Cush does a great job of providing a warm and comfortable atmosphere.

a necessary topic
I'm so glad that a podcast like this exists. Breaking down terms like "high-functioning anxiety" and suggesting mindfulness practices will be incredibly useful for so many people (I would not limit this to women, and I'm curious as to why the creator is doing so). It has the potential to speak to many who are beleaguered by anxiety. The topics are important, and will serve to help combat the stigma that those with anxiety may experience. The host's voice can be relaxing, particularly in the introduction, which is very useful for a podcast of this sort. I'd love to hear an improvement in the audio quality. The background hiss is highly distracting, and the voices sound as though they are far away from the mic. There's a tinny sound to the vocal quality as well, which makes it much less soothing to listen to than it could be. I also think this podcast could benefit from a tight edit that includes voice-over from our host leading into the highlights of what the guest said, a la "Death, Sex, & Money." I think I'd be able to stay much more present with the conversation if the podcast were edited to a clean 15 minutes or so.

Finally a podcst focusing on women with anxiety!
I really like Elizabeth's voice and style of delivery. As a therapist, it is hard to find a resource that directly talk to high achieving women and I am glad I found this podcast. I am excited to hear how the host will approach this topic from different angels! Keep up the good work.

Great Anxiety Resource
This podcast is full of great information. The episode on mother's and daughters is so very important. When we are talking about regulation and anxiety with children it really begins with the primary caregiver being able to regulate so the child can attune to that. Great work at providing a fantastic resource!
