I’m talking about owning your own home and investing in rental properties or vacation rentals. What I find so exciting about Real Estate investing is that you can generate massive returns with little money, which can help you achieve your desired lifestyle sooner rather than later.

This one really hits home
The part where he mentions that he wants to be adopted by a more functional family even at 45 yrs really hits home. Really delineates how no matter how old and independent you are, you still need love and support.
