Game Changer!
I have been in real estate for over 16 years and this podcast has changed how I run my business and personal life. The Chad Hymas interview really challenged me to change my thinking! I even brought home milkshakes and a frisbee to my kids after listening to it! I’ve also been doing a net worth tracker every month since listening to the wealth series. We also started using priority sheets with our staff and our team is more focused because of those. I could go on and on about all the wonderful episodes. Thank you guys for all you do! The corners of our lives that we hide away....this series has brought light to them for me. Is it realizing that getting started actually getting started must be NOW? What a great group of people to learn from.
This pod cast has been a great tool to help me become a better person, not just in business, but in life as well. Ben has a way of explaining very complicated things in a way that I can understand. He’s not doing it to sell or gloat. He’s doing it to be helpful. He’s done very well for himself but he’s never forgot where he came from and is not shy to discuss all the mistakes he’s made abs what he’s learned from them. I’d recommend this to anyone in Real estate or not.

Season 2 of Win, Make, Give
Complete Season 1 and get “impatient” for Season 2. This podcast has created higher level conversations in my home not only with my spouse, but with my son, as well. As a business owner, I strive to live and work with intention - yet WMG has allowed me to identify my holes, weak points, things I love, etc and forced me to think bigger than myself. In the last 6 months, my finances have improved, I’ve paid off all debt, I’ve created trackable goals, held myself to a higher standard, etc. Ben and his team neatly package up and deliver an interesting, witty, and easy to follow podcast.

Absolute best podcast I have listened to. The authenticity of Ben, Chad and Bob comes through in each episode. Every episode brings such value; It is either forcing me to pay attention to my blind spots or reaffirming what I am working on. My favorite podcast!
Business is a conduit for our personal growth and Ben does the most incredible job choosing and diving into topics that will help us grow as leaders in business and personally. His emotional intelligence is off the charts and his advice is often uncomfortable because it hits you at your core. His wealth series alone is priceless! Wealth Series is Excellent!
I am so glad I heard about the three week wealth series! I’m not huge on podcasts, but I needed a financial reboot. I absolutely love that the series came with workbooks, as podcasts alone cannot keep my attention. Ben, Chad & Bob keep thing conversational and have good lists, action items and they even provided spreadsheets on the website you can download. Thanks so much!!

Common sense, no fluff concepts
Ben is a self admitted normal guy. He set out to educate himself to better himself and he selflessly shares his easy to understand systems and models for building wealth. Different than many other “celebrity financial advisors”, Ben not only talks about avoiding bad debt, but also using real estate as a long term investment and vehicle to create wealth. After these lessons, I'm now asking for my 37th Birthday to set up funds for my children and Grandchildren to impact their lives in a way that my small at-home business never could! Downloading a compound interest calculator was the most impactful and eye opening thing I've done for my kids in awhile.. they have a new found apprecation for me as a Homeschool teacher during Quarantine. I have read a lot of self help books and taken quite a few trainings and I have to say these guys are super authentic and have really applicable information and advice relayed in such a way that you are self discovering and not so much being told. I love the format and the obvious heart Chad, Bob, and Ben have to serve others through their training. Whether you’re a serious investor, or brand new to managing your own finances and need a compass to guide you, this is the podcast to listen to. Even if you’re solid with your finances, there’s a lot that is covered with the basics that are worth listening to. As someone new to managing their own finances, it’s invaluable to listen to the lessons taught here even if you execute half of what is taught. This is something that I wish present me could go back in time and talk to younger me about. Knowledge is power, and that’s what I got from this 8 lessons Wealth series
Amazing series. I’ve learned a lot, I’ve confirmed what I believed is the right mindset to succeed on my goals, and I have plenty of questions I need answers for. And that’s a very good thing. You see, when you start a life in a new country, the information is essential and crucial to integrate and build a life as you wish to. And when you lack information, you are unable even to formulate questions. Even though I might be still in terms where my “reality check” is not satisfactory, or not quite there at 50/25/25 saving formula, and my age’s tik-tok is sounding louder and louder (financially speaking only😜), I am still hopeful. I am a 40 years old single mother that dream like I am 25 years old but worry as if I am 60 lol.

However, to my surprise, I actually felt little encouraged after we finished the retirement and reality check portions. I did this series with my husband-- we listened to to podcast and executed each homework assignmnent, it was the deepest dive we had ever done into money matters together. All of the concepts the hosts introduced were explained clearly, with real life examples to back them up. I especially loved the levity the guys brought to the podcast because it made learning fun and helped set a positive tone which we've carried over into our work planning for our financial future. Amazing Series!
I am currently going into my first year of college, and finances were something that really scared me. - Wealth Series 2.0 - Episode 5 - Save Like CrazyThe Win Make Give “Wealth Series 2.0” is designed to be sequential, meaning it builds over each lesson. This lesson takes you back to the financial reality check, where we visited our expenses and designated them as required and optional. Now, we’ll look to figure out what we can eliminate from our expenses so that we can save more! Highlighter Exercise: This is step two of the highlighter exercise, where we add colors green, yellow, and red. Make sure you commit to doing this every month. (Instructions are on the next page.) Saving Models: Saving money is a lot like losing weight. If you pick a diet and stick to it, most of the time, it will work. It’s the same with saving money. We propose two lifestyle changes for your financial health: the 50/25/25 and the 80/10/10 models. They both work great, but if the math doesn’t add up for you then come up with your own – even if it's a 95/5 or a 99/1. Just do the math, find a model that works, and stick to it. Lastly, we need to implement some saving strategies and make some sacrifices. Try to make this a challenging competition, but don’t forget to have fun. The goal is to create some new habits but not eliminate living a good life. Reward yourself from time to time. You will need to complete the exercises in Part Two to get the most out of this session. People who help their company reduce expenses or increase income and productivity are often the people who command the highest salaries. What is left is your net worth . Once your net worth is calculated, make a commitment to track it monthly. We recommend calculating it in the middle of the month after your bank statements and bills are received. Remember, there is no right or wrong number for your total net worth. When I started tracking my net worth, it was after the 2008 financial collapse. My net worth by 2009 was -$500,000 because of the debt I accumulated and the poor investments that I had made. It took me years to get back to a $0 net worth. Figure out where you stand today, and let’s make a plan together to move forward.
