YOU are the prime mover of your experience,
directing where your mind, body, breath, and energy flows.
Dr. Ternes works with one-on-one clients, athletic teams, and wonderful organizations to bring an element of mindfulness, awareness, and health through his teachings of encouragement, empowerment, and emotional intelligence - all tied together through breath.
Justin's demeanor is light-hearted and engaging. He takes time to get to know you and your unique situation in order to develop the best path to an empowered life. Beyond providing support for health, his passion lies in building long-term relationships and being a source of information and inspiration for his community.
In his spare time he studies and practices a variety of mind-body approaches so he can continually learn new ways to help patients holistically manage physical and mental pain.
