Guest Bio -

Naffele has spent her entire life being curious and always asking questions. Her desire to learn has led to a colorful life starting with competitive figure skating and public speaking as a child, foreign student exchanges in high school and later in life studying martial arts. This eventually led to years of coaching Crossfit and then becoming a gym owner.

Naffele sold her gym in 2019 and since that time she has discovered a new path for herself. One that is based on conscious creating - creating a life of expression and authenticity through coaching, art and writing.
