Nathan is a gem
I’ve been enjoying Nathan’s yoga sessions for years now and feel like he’s an old friend. He is playful and precise and your body and mind feel good after every class. This is the next best thing to an in-studio class.

Brilliant, Knowledgeable Teacher
Nathan takes my practice to places it has never been and has excellent cues to make sure you do the pose correctly and safely.

More, please!
I love Nathan’s classes. They are everything I expect and desire in a yoga class: breathing, mindfulness, instruction, foundation, strength, stretching, meditation . . . Nathan’s voice and teaching style are soothing and real. My only complaint is that he doesn’t release classes more often. Thanks for this podcast!

Hands down the best
This is hands down the best free vinyasa yoga podcast out there. There are a variety of classes to choose from, catering to almost every yogi’s personal preferences.

Exactly what I needed
I love going to my yoga classes but have been looking for a way to practice at home when I can’t make it to class or I feel like I need the practice. I wanted a guided practice that moved at a pace I could follow. Nathan’s guidance is perfect!!! I’ll be doing more yoga at home now. Thank you!

Obnoxious
This is not a podcast to do yoga along with. The instructors voice is shrill. The pacing is abrupt. At times he is impatient and at other times he lags in distraction.

Kudos from Argentina!
Nathan, your podcast has gotten me through the good and the bad while living in Buenos Aires. I don't always have time to go to a class and with your podcast I can do it at home, in front of my window, sun salutations to the city. Thank you so much, your yoga classes are fantásticas!

Daily Ritual
I've practiced yoga off & on for almost 20 years. My favorite teachers/styles are Baron Baptiste and Tom Gillette. Now I have no excuses to miss class and Nathan's yoga podcasts are a part of my daily ritual (well, almost daily! It's not perfection we seek, right?). Very grateful. Thank you!

Best Yoga Podcast
Nathan Johnson's Vinyasa podcats are outstanding. I have watched a lot of videos and listened to a lot of podcasts when I can't get to the studio to practice, and his are by far the best. His instructions are very clear and easy to follow. His lighthearted manner and vivid imagery really keeps you engaged even though you are not physically there. He presents small challenges within the poses to help you to stay focused. I wish I was in LA so I could practice with him, but this is definatly the next best thing. Thank you for your great guidance!

Wow
Incredible facilitation into a well balanced class with flowing sequences. Nathan leads with humility, personality and knowledge. It is such a privilege to take part in a yoga class that brings great energy... And for free!

A gentle and centered kick in the butt.
Nathan strikes that excellent balance so rare in my experience of yoga instructors. He challenges you to push yourself to a scary yet satisfying place where real progress happens...but he does it in such a manner that you never feel in danger, or self conscious about your particular skill level. I wish I could experience it first hand, but the podcasts are from actual group classes he is teaching, so even at home by myself, I feel as though I'm part of a community. Looks like he might have a website...I'll have to check that out. Namaste.

Amazing
Thank you. Great variety, great instruction. Thank you for updating and adding classes. I'm not fortunate to live where there are yoga classes readily available, but Nathan's podcast makes up for it.

Nathan's Podcasts
Very thorough and comprehensive podcasts. Nathan's approach is encouraging and non-pressuring. He respects where you are at THAT day, THAT moment. These podcasts are great for all levels of yoga students. I look forward to working my way through ALL of Nathan's podcasts!

Love it!!!
I found these podcasts through Nathan's website and they are great! They are recorded in-class so you get the benefits of being in class (hearing other student's questions and adjustments) in the privacy of your own home. I'm used to those boring, soft spoken podcasts that usually just put me to sleep so this was a great energetic alternative. Nathan is really creative, dynamic and humble. Thank you Nathan....keep up the good work! Namaste!
