Have you ever thought well this must be why I met this person or did this thing but really it's not the reason we thought. Possibly it could be a reason but not necessarily what we thought the reason was. - It's Ok...In life we are sad, we cry, we are in fear of what's next for us or something else. Alot of times we laugh and smile as we are hurting inside. We never know what others are going through. I'm here to tell you I have been through alot I am sad days, I cry days, I worry and am in fear of what's next for me but the one thing I can say is I continue to fight those battles each day. I want you to know it's ok to release your emotions but never allow your emotions to have such a hold on you that you are not healing, progressing, and moving forward.0 comments0
