helpful and relatable content
As someone in the mental health field, this is such a great and necessary podcast. It’s light-hearted, but also educational for those looking to learn more about therapy and possibilities in therapy. Simon and Jake make me laugh each episode too, which is beneficial to my mental health - thanks so much 🤗

Cute
I just started listening and I love it. Not too long. I like how they read excerpts of struggles from others. They have really good chemistry and are both funny, yet serious and incredibly genuine. I think they could dive even deeper into some of the therapy subjects. I’m here for it!

Informative yet endearing
There are so many avenues to gain knowledge or perspective on mental health, but not all of them are palatable, this podcast is extremely palatable while still maintaining its integrity. Jake and Simon could literally read me the phone book and I’d listen!

Yes yes yes
This is the kind of podcast that needs to go big. These casual conversations about things that can feel big to many are exactly what needs to happen on a big level. You guys are fun and funny but also bring insight, understanding and validation to the topics. I definitely will be listening WHEN you continue to post episodes!

This is not therapy, but it is therapeutic.
Jake and Simon have already hooked me with their playful banter and their ability to discuss important things in an accessible way. This podcast may not be therapy, but it is therapeutic.
