I used to love this podcast, and I still tune in every once in a while (whenever she does upload it bc it’s not every Wednesday anymore) but recently it has been only 30 minutes, and 20 of those minutes she’s just talking about herself. Like I know it’s your podcast but the topics afterwards aren’t even relevant anymore. She says the same two sentences over and over and just rewords them like she’s trying to reach a word count on an essay. I miss the 45-50 minute podcasts that make you think after hearing it and make you dig deep. I hope the episodes improve so I can delete this review.

For some reason one girl pauses after ands or certain words and it turns my insides irritating me I can’t listen to it anymore because Of these pauses it’s like she’s taking a breath or something or like having a long COVID breath I dunno please fix this cause you have a great podcast for the most part but I can’t with these pauses after ands I’m like nooooo

I’ve listened to quite a few episodes and I really liked some of them! I wish it was more health and wellness centered than life centered. I really like when it’s more realistic, like when she admits she didn’t accomplish the goal she had for that week. I would love to hear more about how she started building her routines, the exact hurdles she had starting her routines, any struggles she’s dealing with right now, any past struggles she’s worked through, small steps that have helped her, small things that make a big impact, big things that made a big impact. I get she wants a positive platform, though! I just think some more honesty and realness would be so helpful. Maybe like an 80/20 ;)! One last thing, I follow her on social media and GIRL you need a linktree type thing!! I love the products you have and would totally buy through affiliate links. I think the line gets blurred as an influencer. Your audience came from the value you provided & they appreciate and aspire to have a life similar yours. But, they’re not there to hear about your trips, friends, etc. I love hearing that stuff sometimes, but it’s starting to become more life centered than wellness.

One of my favorite episodes is the one that talks about felling comfortable in a bikini because I’ve always struggled with that. This podcast is a amazing podcast for self care and love!!!!! After several recommendations, I finally gave this podcast a listen. First episode I listened was nice and about getting up and get moving and exercise. Which was nice to listen to on my HGW. However, this feels more like a personal diary than a podcast about health & wellness and being your best self. Constantly talking about their friends, everything they do in their group chat and kind of irrelevant to health & wellness. Some episodes are a bit helpful but overall it’s not really a great podcast. I wanted to like it but I just can’t :/

I was so excited to listen to this podcast but was very disappointed. Host is way to focused on themself and not how the listener feels. I listened to two episodes and the entire time it was like someone talking about themself, bragging about their life, talking all about their influencer deals and trips rather than the actual title of the podcast. Not to mention the 20 minute “intros” are such a waste of the listeners time. Happy you get to go to all these boujee trips but I don’t need to hear about it for 20 minutes… I walked away feeling unfulfilled and un-downloaded all the episodes.

This is one of the most useless podcasts I have ever listened to. The host just talks about herself and then sprinkles in wellness buzzwords. The last episode I listened to was 17 minutes of her talking about a trip she took with no value to anyone other than herself.

I want to love this podcast but I feel like she is promoting an unhealthy and unattainable lifestyle. She’s not very relatable at all which is what most content consumers look for… Promoting waking up early, working out, and eating healthy can be triggering (especially since her listeners are mostly women) and could potentially push someone toward unhealthy eating and exercising habits. This podcast definitely has the potential to ruin someones mental health. She sounds very bratty and spoiled and it’s just not a good vibe. Not relatable at all.

Honestly I have been binging this podcast for the past two weeks and it has been amazing. Trin is such an icon and I honestly am so lucky to have stumbled across this podcast. The podcast is basically just about wellness but what I really like about it is that Trin brings guests on for some episodes so I am introduced to more content creators. I like the podcast but the recaps, like girl it took you 20 minutes to explain a spill on Your sweatshirt! like maybe save that stuff for the end, or just shorten Down the stories. Like you were describing how horrible this thing was and i was just waiting for you to stop talking about your hot girl walk and how you had a Starbucks cold brew, like just explain that you spilled coffee on your favorite aritzia sweater( i dont know if I spelled that right) like it’s that simple, still 🫶you tho (:

Plz listen to your reviews and cut down on the pointless recaps. You can still give life updates and recaps without taking 20 minutes to explain something that should take 2 minutes to describe. Or at least give a time stamp for when the actual content starts.

Very superficial host dropping name brands of what jeans she wore on her wellness walk and talking about not being sure of all the fast fashion outfits to order for Coachella. I listened for 20 minutes of this and heard no actual content. Maybe I’ll listen in the future if this changes.

I love Trin. I follow her on her socials and the whole deal. Her podcasts are decent, good to listen to during a workout sesh, walks, etc. But she is lacking in being “realistic”. When it comes to “chasing your dream” she just says things along the lines of “just do it, nothing hold you back” and like WOW. Its truly the farthest thing from being realistic, and is almost a smack in the face? In the modern world people cannot “just do it”. We have responsibilities, homes, jobs, not the money, etc. I would love an episode that is more grounded and realistic or even a podcast that is really informative instead of “just do it”, because for people like me who really can’t.

I love this podcast 😁. It is super fun and helpful. One thing I hope she can improve in is less things about her personal life. There is nothing bad about taking about your self once in a wile but it seems self centered. I do love listening to your stories but I would like to stick to the topic more ( just meant as constructive criticism). But otherwise great show. I love all the morning and night routines. I want to be respectful but honest. I have listened to every single episode she has come out with and I don’t think I’ll listen to any future episodes. I love the concept of this podcast, going for walks, being encouraged to take care of myself, etc. I fully believe in creating the life you want, even if that’s being an online influence or creator because that truly is some peoples callings. But the matter of the fact is, most 20 something girls just work normal jobs and have very different struggles. This podcast doesn’t feel catered to just anyone but mainly for girls that want to be Tik Tok viral or make money off Instagram. It isn’t realistic bc not everyone can do that. I agree with other reviews that say she doesn’t really hit the nail on the head when talking about advice and steers to talking about herself. I find myself not paying attention once that happens. Maybe I’ll try listening to future episodes later on!

I really really want to love this podcast! The topics she touches on really interest and motivate me however I struggle to listen to the weekly recaps for the first half of the episode. I feel like the discussion on the actual podcast topic for the week is so short and doesn’t always offer any advice/action. I think it has great potential but just isn’t hitting it for me.

i listened to one episode, hoping to get some good advice out of it, and had to stop listening because she was talking about herself and her life for half the podcast. there’s nothing wrong with talking about yourself, and it helps connect your listeners to you, but at a certain point it feels very self centered. this is not meant to be a mean review, just constructive criticism. people come to podcasts to get things from them, and they can’t do that when it’s all about a person they don’t really need to know about.

I listened to the 16th podcast and I am not a fan. This podcast was not as helpful as I thought it would be, the first 19 minutes was just talking about herself and the last 9, were sort of helpful. She seems just full of herself and herself only so I think she can change the way she does her podcast. It could be better but it is not right now.

I really like this podcast and how she’s so real. The sound isn’t bad it’s just right. The only thing that’s throwing me off is when she pauses what she’s talking about for 10 seconds and then starts talking. I don’t know if she’s trying to have it like a conversation but in my opinion it feels weird. I’m glad she’s trying out so we can have another platform of hers to relate to.
