How is everyone? Hope you guys are doing fantastic. Welcome back, welcome. Welcome to join me. So today we are talking about the nest of success and we are talking about how do you actually achieve eight-figure success? How do you achieve seven-figure success, right? How do you break through to achieve levels of success than most people never will? How does that happen, right? The way that that happens is threefold and I'm going to break it down for you today. So if you want to be the person in your industry, you want to be the person in your family that finally breaks through that next level of success that no one has before maybe you want to be selling at the changemaker and your industry are spaced. Maybe you just want to prove to your family that you can live the life that you imagine and make all of your dream.
Some drones, write what you want to think about is three things. So the missus success is that there's some secret magic state that people at really high levels of success know that other people don't, you know, you look at these brand. You look at these people that seem to Skyrocket overnight and completely unbelievable. You know what celebrity Brandon, you think one of them know that I don't know what are they doing that? I'm not doing right? And you want to know how do I get a better Roi for my energy, my ass for my talent, everyone's always asking. And I remember when we were a small baby company, I had those exact same questions and today is my last day ever broadcasting, from my Westchester Studio. I'm here in my office is completely empty, as you can probably tell
And this is my last day ever broadcasting. This was the, the office that does business with built-in. I remember, when we moved into this home, literally, I had a tiny, you know, desk in the corner, and I was so nervous on camera and I remember, I do full-time people in the room. I didn't even have office furniture yet, and we were just a little baby company and I was this tiny, tiny little minnow in the sea of seemingly, massive whales. And I remember having this question asking me. Like, what is it that they're doing differently? Why are we working so hard? And no one even knows who we are and yet these people seem to be doing the same thing we're doing and yet they're having this message success that I just couldn't figure out. How do we make that a reality for us, right? How do we achieve that level of success and so today,
Three things that are going to allow you to have success at that level. So number one and it's not with anyone wants to hear, but it is the people and the celebrity brands that have this massive seemingly overnight success, have the highest level of consistency, frequency and resolved resolved. And this is something that we have coming into our businesses. And I see a lot of entrepreneurs really lose their resolve and I want to talk about what that is. How do you say consistency in frequency are no-brainers, every Big Brand that you see, have this, like explosive overnight success when you dig into their story, they were in business for 10 years, sometimes fifteen years and they were so consistent. They were working so hard for so long. No one knew who they were, no one knew who they were. They were nothing.
But they were so consistent and they stuck with it and they had resolved and resolve is that decision that you are going to keep going until you get to your goal, no matter what. And most the time what happens is when the going gets tough, we lower the goal to match the circumstances in that moment, instead of learning and adjusting to grow up into who we have to become to work through that challenge of the moment and Elevate into that level of success that we want to create, okay? So bottom line is, you have to have not just the consistency in the frequency of being. So, so clear as to how you're going to Market, what your message is, who you serve, what the ending is for your business, but you also have to have coupled with that that resolved that yes, you will, you will hit challenges obstacles and I'm talking as your business.
The obstacles and challenges that you run into.
They're going to take you to your knees, the challenges that we face this year were far, far far more difficult than any challenge that we experienced in the Years prior when we were a smaller company. And when we were working through those, those early stage struggles for growth that we all work through. So, I always say this and I'll keep repeating this over and over again. It doesn't get easier. You got stronger and your team gets better. Okay, I am so you have to remember guys that the struggles that you sees as you're coming up or actually smaller and easier shovels over, then the ones that your face as you grow. And so that I've sloot resolved to work through the challenges to overcome the struggle to push the other side or absolutely keep. So consistently frequency and resolve has never won this second thing that seven eight, nine ten figure brands. Do that others don't. And and the, the myth around that is they take
Take a rest and they're willing to go all in on the core Investments that are going to take 13 to the next level and I'll give a great example. You guys hear me all the time, talk about investing in advertising and team and investing an advertising and team are the two core things that will get you from 6 to 7 to 8. They're okay, bottom line, without those things, you will struggle, you probably will not cross over 70 that cares about that investing in advertising team. But when you look at going from eight figures to nine, it becomes about massive investments in infrastructure and Technology right in all of the internal, you know, support structures and mechanisms that you don't even know what you don't know. And all the sudden your codes with these challenges and you're being presented with these Investments that are going to blow your mind and most people are just
I know. Thank you. It's it's too complex. I don't understand it. It's too overwhelming cost. You money too much money and they're not going to do it and because they don't do it. They put a cap on their own success. So knowing the right investment to make at the right time is absolutely crucial and it does have all six to seven a team and advertising 829 and Beyond infrastructure technology system. And I'm not talking about the systems that you're implementing going from 6 to 7 or 7 to eat. I am talking about like extreme investment in infrastructure. Because, without that infrastructure, you absolutely cannot keep growing as it's impossible because there's so much data and it's so complex and there's so many clients and so many team members that you just can't. You won't overcome that hurdle. So the second date thing is, you know, that the it's not about the magic of a tactic that gets you to that next
It is really truly about understanding the right investment at the right time and being willing is he bigger, rest, make bigger investment. And to invest in things that are not those bright, shiny objects that are most exciting, you know, cross right now. You know, we're making investments in technology and infrastructure, that no one besides me and our team are ever going to see or be impacted by meaning. The market isn't going to feel those changes. No one's going to know that we're making all these huge Investments that were were implementing. All of these things are like behind the curtain and that's the biggest thing is I
You have to be willing to invest into things behind the curtain that aren't those bright shiny objects, in order to elevate the entire business and is Seated on a foundation that can actually support that next level 6 that I would say. One of the biggest things I see stops entrepreneurs from getting that, they don't have a foundation that can actually support that level of success. So even if they figure out how to grow their revenue, at that level because they don't have the infrastructure to support it. They bounced up, they bounced back, they don't. They bounce back in the ultimately they say at a lower because they simply don't have an empress. And the third, the third big thing that's going to take you from 7 to 8 to 9 and beyond that. You need to know is that it is not there is not a secret strategy, there is not a mythical strategy, there is not some secret competitive advantage that these businesses have that you don't
For us, for example, we do exactly what we teach with the Lions method, that is what we used to go from 7 to 8 fingers, that is what we used to go for me tonight. There's no secret. The difference is the celebrity Brands and he's brands that make it to, he's really high levels of of excellence and because they commit and and they keep going and they don't, they're not always looking for the latest greatest show. Me odd jobs, they have follow through and it comes back to number one, which is what I said, result.
Resolve it is that absolute resolve to say this is this is what we're going to cheat. This is what we're going to, you know, do, right. And so that's. These are the kinds of things that you guys have to think about. These are the places where people get stopped with traps and pitfalls. You know, there's a lot of investing behind the scenes that has to happen to build an infrastructure that can support the success that you want. And being willing to make those Investments is key, knowing that it is consistency frequency and resolved over many, many years and understanding that there isn't a secret strategy. There isn't a secret there is absolute excellence in execution and there is that that determination to keep going and keep doing the right Basics over and over again. And I say this and you eat all the time.
You have to learn the fundamentals that are absolute Essentials and when you learn the fundamentals that are absolute Essentials, you take those, you actually keep them even to let them and then you just multiply and duplicate them. And I think that that's that's a piece that people really miss a lot of time. So I hope this shed some light and give you guys some good insight into you know, how to break through, you know, that next level 6 as hell Glee, bust some Miss in the process, right? And I want you all to think about where do you need to get out of your own way? Where do you need to unbottle that the bottom at a lot of times that thing that's preventing you from the next level is your mindset. It's fear of investing, at the next level, fear of taking big arrest fear of, you know, is is what I'm doing the right thing, right?
