What's up everyone? And welcome back to the social social podcast. I'm really excited about today's episode because it's a big one, it's definitely a big one, a big milestone in my business, which I'm really excited to share. And this going to be more of a vulnerable podcast. Just really about the ups and downs and we hit seven figures in our business. The Madison Center LLC surpassed seven figures in like a little over two years, I would say and I did a lot of reflection we hit this, like the beginning of May and a sense, once this podcast as hell, but I did a lot of reflection and you know, I had a lot of emotions around it and more. So it was like how how did this come to be? What was my journey? Really like. So I'm going to read from my journal to you guys just about hitting seven figures. And it's not like
Here's my step by step on how I hit seven Figures. It's really a just digging deep into the ups and the Downs. So the first thing that I wanted to read it from the my journal is talking about timelines timelines to hit your goals and I do feel like there's so much pressure in the all mine but used to hit your next 10K 2236 because you're in a culture that is very driven, but some of that stuff can be really toxic in my opinion. So, the first thing I wrote was timeline and having a bigger, why I've been money something that I did really. Well was I didn't want to put timeline on any of my goals, like I never said a temp timeline of when I was going to hit seven figures, 6, pictures, multiples, six figures. Like, I didn't say
Sidelines for any of that. Yes, I set goals obviously would like, launches and monthly goals, but I never said, timelines of, when I wanted to hit something or just a big milestone in my business and I feel like that's something that I did really well. Now, a few times, I definitely got caught up in a lot of like monthly and, excetera and just like little things like that, that can be quite difficult and a cents, right? So I also wrote like having a bigger wide and money like at the end of the day money is gravy. You have to have a bigger why that drive you like, what is your ultimate passion and your ultimate vision of your life and of your business? Like do you want to do this for the rest of your life? Like what does that look like that? You have to think of the bigger picture. Like I really do think CEOs and companies like think bigger picture, right? They really do and that's what you have to say cats and the money will follow you.
How to follow your vision. So that's the first thing that I wrote. The second thing that I wrote is committing to my work in my investments. Look, if you're going to run a company, you have to invest. Like there's no way around it at this point. Like if you're going to do it yourself and DIY it and wait, like, I don't even know what to say. Like if you're not going to grow a company like making decisions and Investments that are going to move, you forward our key and not putting timelines on the results. Like stop rushing your Investments, right? I always think about, okay, when I make this investment, like, how's it going to impact me in 122 years? I never say, how is it going to get me results in 3 months? Like, I don't think that way. And I don't think CEOs are companies think that way either and you have to commit to your work in your investment for long-term success. You want to build a sustainable business and that is so cute, guys, that is so cute.
We're done with the fucking quick fixes here. Right? We're growing companies were not having fucking Hobbies. Okay. So committing to your work and your Investments is key. Number three, I wrote making decisions from my higher self. You know? Yes, I took decision step-by-step, you know, I started small, I progressively made larger decisions, and I always say if nothing changes, nothing changes, right? If nothing changes in your business, if you don't make decisions, nothing's going to change like, where do you expect to grow and where do you expect to go, right? So making the decisions from your highest spell. What does that look like for you? What would your seven-figure self do today? What type of decisions would she make its operating out of that embodiment? And that is how you're able to grow a thriving business. So number, for I wrote not being afraid to hear now.
Do and say, no, not being afraid to get rejected. You guys, I still people tell me. No, they can't do my programs, they can't do XY and Z. You know what I say? Awesome. Totally, fine. I'm excited to watch. You grow. And I'm excited to see what opportunities arise for you. Like, I don't trust your people. Like, why would I pressure someone to buy from me right now. There's a difference between handling objections. If I'm an empowerment way. I just personally don't handle objections anymore. I don't need to some people who are newer might and it's great to know that type of sales strategy as well as being able to portray that in your content, which is something that I do. But there's a difference between frustrating someone and empowering someone please know the difference, okay? Darling spaces, shifting people know when you're bullshiting, okay? So and also don't be afraid to say no, you don't have to fill up your white challenge.
Space. Because there's nothing there, right? Enjoy that time. Honor. You not having a call for an hour or you not having to do something for a few minutes, right? Like honor that you don't have to fill up your calendar just because there's some white space there, right? So number five, I wrote serving my clients. Clients come first a hundred and fifty percent client experience is number one. For me, client experience is number one for me, right? I'm always responding my clients in a timely manner, I'm putting in a 150%, I'm reviewing things that need to be reviewed, I'm answering questions, innocence, right? Like I'm being there for my clients, I'm a partner with them, right. And if you're giving your clients a shity experience, like it's just going to come back on you. Like, I've heard stories online. It just makes me cringe. Like your clients client. My clients are like my family.
My clients are like my family at the end of the day. So serving your clients, number 6, I wrote internal works. It happens. And I have talked about failing like failing is something that really helps me making mistakes of Health meet. A lot of people are afraid to fail and that's the problem right there. You're afraid to fail. What's the worst that can happen? The more you sell, the more lessons you learn in the more you're going to get better. I've always been okay with failing just because of playing in sports and just being an athlete and I filled all the time. Like I'm okay with bailing like but I know that I can get knocked down twice during the same thing. Very internal work. Like you're going to make mistakes. You're going to stay. All things are going to be inconsistent. Things are going to go up and down and you just ride that way because you're going to learn a lot and he's going to take with you and I just going to help you become a better business.
A few other things that I wrote was growing up Brands, like people buy for my energy, my client was like, I'm paying for your brain and I'm like, yes, yeah, I know people buy for me for my present. They just want to be in my energy, they just want to hear me. They want to hear what I have to say over like what my offer is going to do, right? And that's my brand. I portray myself. I just put find myself as you were talking to me in real life. My authentic self. What I love to do. What I hate my opinions. What like teaching, I die by first step is just grow a brand, stop talking, so much on other things and focus on your actual personal brand. That's what I that's what's going to have longevity for you. If you want to have business expansion, I started a whole second business from my brand.
From Madison tender LLC, I started a whole second business, right? Because of my brand like it's going to take you to new heights, right? I also wrote strategy is very important, but the energy behind strategy is way more important thing in your zone of Genius. Making sure you're hiring and getting the support that you need. I'm not saying Go full 4th and hire a freaking team that's like 10 people. I'm saying baby steps but the more that you get support, the more that you stay in your zone of Genius, right? And yeah, and Dustin growing up, personal brand, resting, not burning yourself out. Setting your schedule as a CEO being consistent. And I talked about this a lot of my stories people ask me how I'm so consistent, how I have such high energy and it's because my motivation does not drive my consistency. My motivation does not drive my consistency, my purpose.
Drive-by consistency, right? And my purpose is way bigger than my motivation. If I just was consistent because the motivation, I would be consistent because that's just not how it works. Purpose over motivation, your business owner, you have to be consistent like you just have to be consistent and that word is throwing around so much, but it's more than just being consistent on your Instagram stories. There's internal and external consistency, you have to have the internal which is your purpose to be able to have the external, right? So yeah, those world for my journal. I know this is very hard hitting but it's just the truth at the end of the day, like I don't have a thing, like, five steps that got me to seven figures. Like I know that's not how it is.
It's work. Its ups and downs. It's being inconsistent. It's learning, right? It's just there's a lot that goes into business.
Right. And yeah, so yeah. I mean it's a great milestone. I I feel really good. I'm happy with the business growth and I'm more happy with what we have. A sustainability, four months moving forward. And the vision that we have for years to come. Most important and a sense to me. So, thank you all so much for the support. I would love it.
