Great insight!
I really appreciate the insights into remote work from the employer’s viewpoint. Listening to this podcast had really helped me continue to pursue excellent communication and collaboration with my peers. It has highlighted some pain points of remote work that I hadn’t considered before since remote work for my industry was already becoming the norm pre-pandemic. Thank you for this great resource!

Great insights, great guests
I recently listened to Wednesday’s episode with Michelle Reines and she had some great insights into how to be a better leader through mentorship and trust between teams. I love Kevin’s introduction question that set the stage for listeners to understand Michelle’s professional journey including her failures and successes. As a small business owner, taking responsibility for my actions and trying to be the best leader possible is always top of mind in order to expand my business and be as efficient as possible and this episode gave me ideas on how to implement some of the best practices mentioned. Kevin asked thought-provoking questions which allowed Michelle to respond with great detail on her experiences and knowledge - a true testament to his hosting.

Not just for leaders
This is a podcast where you think it will be all "business-y", and yes, it is. But so much of what they cover can be applied to your personal life. The ideas presented, back by research, can really make you re-think the way you conduct your business and your life. Well worth the time.

#16-Great Interview With Maynard
Incite full, positive, forward thinking. Always been a fan of Maynard and his careful approach to everything he does. His philosophy on music, business, and life in general seems to come without effort. While partying one evening, I had a car accident by myself back in 2001 and broke my C2 (neck). Luckily I survived this and without paralysis. I wore a halo apparatus on my head for three months before recovering fully. Ironically one of my favorite songs by APC is "The Noose" which from what I can gather is about sobriety in general and mentions your "halo slipping down". Although the reference in the song had nothing to do with the actual halo I wore during recovery, it still reminds me of it and my sobriety since I no longer use drugs or dink. Sorry no Caduceus for me but I am sure that it is terrific due to Maynard's work ethic alone. Thanks for sharing. Great show.

- Be a Clarity Creator - Thoughts from KevinThis episode is about how to create clarity in communication, whether it's for ourselves or for others. Kevin stresses the importance of clarity for building confidence, setting direction, and increasing productivity and momentum. He provides four pieces of advice for creating clarity: (1) be clear yourself before creating clarity for others, (2) communicate more clearly by picking your words carefully and ensuring that the other person has understood your message, (3) clarify your intention to avoid confusion and misinterpretation, and (4) repeat without being repetitious to connect the dots and reinforce the message.
