Mozambique has been struggling with an insurgency in its North for a number of years now, but events now appear to be moving from bad to worse. On the panel this week:
- Borges Nhamirre (ISS)
- Irina Tsukerman (Washington Inst)
- Emilia Columbo (CSIS)
