Great refresh
Long term listener of roguewon and will miss the beard of knowledge, but Emily is another perfect pairing with Johnny and the ever elusive Michael. I got a great movie recommendation from the show I hadn’t seen yet but watched and enjoyed in “What’s Eating Gilbert Grape”. Opening up the topic content looks like a good way for listeners like me to discover some good new pop culture to consume.

Honest Star Wars That Isn't...Demonic!
Any Star Wars podcast that can offer honest opinions without descending into the nightmare side of fandom is worth listening to. Rogue Won is one of those podcast. The hosts have great rapport, really give Star Wars the love (and criticism) it deserves, and are all around nerds who know it and love it. I'm a huge Star Wars nut, and this show is going right on the list of other things featuring nuts. Delicious nuts.

Completely like nails scraped across a thousand chalkboards
The gentlemen that run this podcast are completely delusional and this is a podcast that earnestly exists in a cloud of “REY IS A SKYWALKER!” (Just an FYI, that’s what you’re getting into.) Sadly it’s so hard to listen to the knowledgeable guy on the show who knows a little about the movies because the other guy is so grating on my nerves. Unfortunately it’s frustratingly impossible to listen to the podcast and try to just tune out the guy that really knows nothing about Star Wars and drags the show down. . . I trudged through three episodes and had to tap out on this train-wreck mid-episode when I realized I was LITERALLY grinding my teeth and I had started to pluck my hair out absentmindedly due to the pure frustration that is this show. RUN! SAVE YOURSELF!! DON’T LOOK BACK. you're welcome.

Won Over with Rogue Won
Yo! Great podcast. Anyone who followed Now, This is Podcasting in the early years knows the origin of Johnny Grasso with co-host Randy's hilarious portrayal of Johnny while reading his emails in his "tool" voice. Every now and then we'd get a tease of Johnny and he just became this almost mythic enigma. Lo and behold, Johnny finally got his own podcast alongside his buddy Mike Pappas, as well as Hawes Burkhardt from the Blue Harvest podcast, also highly recommended. Whether they are dropping Star Wars knowledge or swatting away trolls like the annoying gnats they are, this podcast is definitely for winners. Speaking of winning, I'm hoping to win the Mace Windu Force FX lightsaber. His is my favorite. I ordered it years ago when it was first offered (for $100) from my local comic shop but they didn't place the order. Then years later when it was offered again (for $125) I again asked my LCS to order it and AGAIN, they didn't place the order. Now, it's available again but it's close to $200. That's more than I'm willing to spend so I'm hoping the raffle gods will be kind to me. Maybe sharing Mr. Grasso's first name will better my odds.

BROmances, beer and besties
Listening to Hawes, Johnny and Mike is like eavesdropping on their table conversation while they share a pitcher of beer. Three friends who discuss their love for the Star Wars Universe. The insight and frank discussions about everything from the early storyboards, castings, cinematography and editing of the movies. They compliment each other as well as keep each other honest when agreeing to disagree. They are fans but not groupies. If they don’t care for something they let you know without depreciating the source or creator. Interviews, guests and listener emails are all fun to listen to. The guys make a point to give air time acknowledgement to their listeners, other podcasters and other celeb types. The guys like to see others succeed and Some strong language and some long pauses (Hawes edit those out) it’s a little longer than most podcasts but worth the listening. Hawes’ voice is made for broadcasting. Give a listen. You’ll be glad you did.

Rogue One: A Stars Wars Podcast for Winners is a fresh look at any and all Star Wars topics, latest film and anthology news, rumors, animation, video game histories and perpsectives. Initially, I was hesitant in my acceptance of the rougish attiude and offbeat language of the hosts, but quickly found substance in their perpsectives, humor in their interplay and sincerity in accepting listener opinions and ideas. If you don't mind a bit of youthful exhubernace, which being north of 40 years old, I don't mind, this podcast has a chance to seprate itself from the others. Open your mind, and have good time listening about the galaxy far, far away.

I LIVE for a new episode and enjoy the fact that these guys are hilarious and knowledgeable about the universe of greatness that is Star Wars. A microcosm of what fandom should be
I can go on for a hot minute talking about how amazing this podcast is and throw all kinds of hyperbole at you. Look - if you’re into Star Wars, don’t mind some cursing/off-color humor, and want to listen to dudes you wouldn’t mind having a beer (or, six-pack) with, listen to this podcast. The chemistry between Hawes, Johnny and Mike is easy and natural - you want to be in the room with them, listening to them argue and build upon each other’s deep well of Star Wars knowledge and insight. And that’s what I appreciate - these guys don’t always agree (listen to the Last Jedi review), and sometimes disagree pretty strongly. But, they’re respectful to one another, keep their minds open to being challenged and never take things personally. We need examples of this in fandom, now more than ever. I started listening several months ago (after discovering Now this is Podcasting and the rest of the awesome Making Star Wars network of podcasts). I landed on an episode when Johnny was going through something very deep and personal in his life. I was choked up by the end of it. I don’t know Johnny personally, but that episode, his vulnerability, the love shown to him by Hawes and Mike and the listeners - I realized I wasn’t listening to a “podcast.” They hadn’t built a “Rogue Won Army,” they’d built a family. That’s something special in any form of media. You owe it to yourself to become a part of it. Keep up the amazing work, my dudes!

After the most recent episode where Johnny got super real about his dog's passing, I couldn't help but leave a review. Like other podcasts in the MSW network, it's a perfect mix of news, humor, and sometimes totally irrelevant sillines, but that's what makes it so fun to listen to. The way Hawes, Mike (when he's on), and Johnny's personalities play off eachother keeps things entertaining week after week. I dig Rogue won
I first heard of grasso on rebel girl and thought he was just randomly goofing. And I'm sure there's a bit of character there and he's probably not like that on reality. I love how passionate Johnny gets his love for Star Wars really comes through. Mike is so fun to listen to. And hawes is amazingly down to earth and so knowledgable thank you for making Star Wars so fun. 😃

Fantastically Funny Fanatics of this Great Franchise
These guys!!! Johnny, Mike, and Hawes... And sometimes guests. Bring a fantastically funny show every week. They give their stuff away!!!!!! Who does that!? That's borderline dumb cuz some of the stuff sounds really valuable😂. All of the segments are freakin amazing! Even the rogue winners are featured prominently on the show. Overall these guys are definitely worth a listen!!

I just started listening to podcasts, Rogue won and Blue Harvest are my favorite and I'm listening backwards and from new to old. You guys are they best! The theme music on both shows are fantastic!!!!! I have a six year old that I have taught him the ways of the Jedi! He is a Star Wars junky like me. I heard yesterday's show today on the train and loved the fan mail about what Star Wars toy you would bring back. I was born in 83 and I would keep all the stuff I've bought my son now. He has every bounty hunter and Jedi you could think of. Please keep up the good work. Johnny, Mike and Hawes are amazing. I recommend this podcast and Blue Harvest. Such a great podcast
If I'm being honest if your looking for a Star Wars podcast with some comedy and laughter in between then this is the podcast for you. When the gangs all together it's such a fun podcast and theirs never a dull moment in this podcast. To me what I think is so special about this podcast is how their not doing it for money their doing it for their passion for Star Wars which you can tell they have a passion for in every episode of their podcasts. So overall if your looking for a fun Star Wars podcast with podcasters who love what their doing and who are funny as hell then this is the podcast for you. 10/10

It's basically Jonny grosso trying to be ......I'm not really sure what, but he's trying his best to be it. other than that it's awesome love you Hawes..... Mike, keep prepping for the show at least I think you are, either way shows good when they stay on track. Although, sometimes the episodes are about the stuff that happens on all the other podcasts which I think thats part of the Jonny thing. 5 stars you all know why 😉

This is one of the best Star Wars podcasts out there. Ive been listening since the beginning and I just love it more and more. Johnny Grasso is the man and Hawes is one of the nicest and coolest people in Star Wars podcasting. Mike is great too. At first I wasnt the biggest fan of Mike but he has grown into a great podcaster and I have grown to like him too (when he does skip the podcast...) They have great segments too like "Dude F that guy;" so good and so funny. They are great in the Star Wars twitter community too. I just love this show all around. Everyone should listen! I listen to a lot of Star Wars podcasts, but none of them have me laughing like this one does. As a newer listener I felt instantly connected to these three amazing guys, something that usually takes me 5+ episodes to happen. A must listen every week
Listening to Johnny, Hawes, and Mike is like hanging out with your friends and talking Star Wars. Unlike most SW podcasts they are not worried about having an opinion good or bad about the wars and are unafraid to say if something is bad. These guys are all "Friends in My Head"
When I was a kid I had a group of friends that I would sit around talking smack about Nintendo games, movies, Topps trading cards and of course Star Wars (while eating homemade rice crispy treats). I've since lost touch with those guys but if I could imagine what they are like now - it would be Pappas, Grasso and Hawes. Even on the weeks when there isn't any major news on the Wars I still listen in because these guys feel like friends in my head. Anywho- keep up the great work and chemistry - no need to add anyone else into the mix- the recipe is perfect. #NoNewFriends

A Winner, This One Is
To a new listener, the realm of Star Wars podcasting is nearly as expansive as The Star Wars galaxy itself, and as a result not ever podcast is a winner. Rogue Won is, for lack of a more appropriate term, one of the winners. Only eleven episodes in and the show has only increased in quality and content. This podcast is the convergence of three of my favorite things: Star Wars, Baseball, and the great state of New Jersey. Not into baseball? Well, first of all, you're wrong, but second, don't worry, the podcast is 95% Star Wars, and less than 1% baseball (the remainder is the weekly roast of Mike Pappas). Thursday Afternoon Delight 💞
There are only a few things I look forward to in anticipation every week. New TV shows airing. Gluten free chocolate coconut cookies at the Farmers Market. My self imposed once-a-week-only Starbucks coffee. And THIS podcast! I thought I loved guidos; turns out a non-stereotypical Jersey Boy with our natural born aggression, but with a passion for Star Wars, is even better. I never thought it possible for the real Grasso to outweigh the "pseudo-persona" on NTIP, but he does. Hawes and Mike are equally dynamic, personable and fantastic. These gents are by far my favorite three way bromance. They each bring something great to the table and their chemistry is über natural. Segments are both creative and well thought out. Highly entertaining and more than mildly addicting. <3

If you're lookin for a fun, fresh Star Wars podcast, here ya go. Host Johnny is a great personality to listen to, not to mention a great interviewer. If you are at all familiar with Hawes and his other podcast Blue Harvest you know he is very well educated in SW, as well as Mike, who is the other host and is the head of all Star Wars news! The show had great segments, including 'you write it' , and a crowd favorite, 'Dude, screw that guy'. They even give out gifts to listeners (Rogue Winners!)! Intriguing Podcast
A podcast like no other, Rogue Won is packed with interesting Star Wars news, theories, and discussion. The hosts are knowledgable of their subject and almost never agree on anything. This leads to stimulating debates that could go on for hours if not for a segment of the show where viewers and the hosts tell about people who they would like to do naughty things to, in a bad way. The hosts clearly appreciate all of their fans by giving out prizes and reading all listener emails. Rogue Won is different from other podcasts that just ramble off Star Wars news, but provides filling discussion. Glad to be a winner since day won. Keep pounding guys.

Dear Johnny, I have to admit that after hearing your voice and then seeing your profile pics that you had to be a homo sexual. I mean who can sound that sexy and then look even sexier without putting from the rough?? Then I learned that you dig chicks and that chicks dig you even more! You make me want to leave my husband! The effect you have had on my most intimate thoughts has made this a podcast for SINNERS! Maybe one day my intimate dreams will come true and make this Star Wars girl a WINNER!

I have been listening to Now this is podcasting for long time and to make a long story short this podcast is the superior product. This may sound nitpickish but these guys actually put Star Wars music in the intro. That and some other little things make Rogue Won a Star Wars Podcast for Winers 10 times the podcast Now this is podcasting is anymore.

Don't sleep on these guys. This is by far the best Star Wars podcast I've listened to yet! Disney needs to rethink the casting for the Han Solo stand alone film. Johnny Grasso should get the part of Han Solo for being so smooth. Hawes would be boba fett, since he needs the coolest outfit in the movie. Finally, Mike would be Lando since he keeps things chill and relevant. These 3 will always keep Star Wars 💯 while we patiently wait for future movie releases.

Strong with the Force this podcast is...
I've been listening to Now This Is Podcasting for about two years now and I dig Jason the Ward and his crew over there, and now I can add Rogue Won to my cool bin. This has become a favorite of mine and it's a great addition to the network. These guys are (bad word goes here) great! I like the candor and the coolness of these guys. Don't get me wrong, on a geek scale of 1 to 10 I'm about to 4, and can't stand the overly geeky, too serious, and unfunny podcasts. My boys here on Rogue Won are in my wheelhouse. Therefore if you're looking for some cool (bad word goes here) guys to talk about something you love, Star Wars, and have fun while doing it, then this is the podcast for you. These guys give good pod! Sorry had to say it... So get with it you (bad word goes here) Star Wars geeks and put this right up there at the top of your podcast list. Johnny Grasso with a podcast?!?!?!?!? Who was the genius with that brainstorm? Seriously! Johnny is a character and poor Mike and Hawes have to deal with that! Although it is over an hour long, the Rogue Won podcast is fast-paced, silly and the chemistry between the three is quite dynamic! A weekly dose of live Grasso, who would've thunk!

Johnny, Hawes and Mike have the undeniable chemistry comparable to the likes of Howard, ba-ba booey and Robin. Johnny, your edge and genius humor is reminiscent of the great Howard. Unfortunately for you Johnny , Howard has an admittedly small penis. Hawes, your professional producing skills along with your adorable innocence and mild insecurity towards your co hosts is BA-BA BOOOOOEY worthy. Mike, the prophecy of the chosen one has left you with Robin. This is not such a bad thing. Besides having beautiful breasts you are of the sharpest mind and ground your co hosts effortlessly. There are a lot of STAR WARS podcasts out there. Rogue Won is the only one that is a podcast for WINNERS.

Refreshing and hysterical
Tried out the podcast after hearing the hysterical Johnny Grasso impersonations on Now This is Podcasting show. The real McCoy is even better. It's like talking with your boys about Star Wars. It's funny and refreshing and best of all, feels more "East Coast" then the other podcasts which just speaks to me. Instant classic.

Love the show
All 3 guys are great but Hawes is the man! I've been a Star Wars fan most of my life but never read a book or collected anything except the movies and posters and video games, but that changes today; Hawes has inspired me to go buy Bloodline and start checking out Black series figures! Hope you're right about the KOTOR remaster too man; that's my favorite Star Wars game ever, gonna have to get that Revan son! I'm from Louisiana so it's cool to hear a fellow Southerner (I know dudes like your bro in law Goose lol) that's into cool metal bands like Stoned Cobra talk about Star Wars or anything! Maybe check out Oceans of Slumber from Texas; they are my new favorite small time/"underground" metal band. But anyway, keep up the great work guys. Look forward to more podcasts, more movies, more games, more collectibles and books? All things Star Wars until my wife's eyes roll out of her head haha; may the force be with y'all!

Great Star Wars Podcast For Winners
This podcast is a must for Star Wars fans. It is fun, entertaining, informative, and has some great segments. I was very happy to hear that it is now moving to a weekly podcast. The three hosts have a great rapport and have great SW knowledge that make for a great listen. I would have to admit that this is now my favorite SW podcast.

This podcast won me over to itunes
This podcast is the only reason I have this lame itunes account. I wanted to show my love and support for the show and so here is my review. This is a podcast for winners and I am "won". All the crew are great, the segments are winners and the conversion is spoken well and they my disagree but they come to the points in a kool clam way that is entertainig. My bro from Alabama I fill all your pain man. I grew up in Hartselle, AL and i know how you feel brother. Johnny and Mike are great. Johnny the fat boy turned Lando of earth is great as all ways. Its great to hear a guy that started emailing to a podcast now has his own and is doing awesome at it. (I still only hear Randy's voice in my head) Mike the man for the New York brings in a nice balance to the other two. He is a good moderator and has great points of view the the galaxy far far away. Keep it up guys, lots of love, and may the force be with you.... p.s. Johnny keep the girl. p.p.s. Hawes what are you doing? I thought I had left a review already for ROGUE WON: A STAR WARS PODCAST FOR WINNERS, but it’s not showing up. That’s okay though- this podcast is GO GOOD I don’t even mind writing another WON. Ever since I have started listening to ROGUE WON: A STAR WARS PODCAST FOR WINNERS I have noticed that my self-confidence has gone up, about tenfold. It’s so great. There is the me that existed BEFORE I started listening to this podcast, and the BETTER ME that has been born SINCE the release of this artistry. I might start looking back at the years of my life as BRW (Before ROGUE WON) and ARW (After ROGUE WON). Chicks have started to dig the new me. DUDES have started to dig the new me. I have started to dig the new me too. The Grasso Effect!!!
Take the BIGGEST personality in Star Wars fandom put him with the most KNOWLEDGEABLE man in Star Wars fandom mix in another headstrong man from the North East (sorry Mike dont know you that well) and you have instant chemistry and a VERY entertaining podcast. You know Jason Ward isnt going to put just ANY podcast on the MSW podcast network, let alone an unproven one. If anybody around here knows his Star Wars its Jason "The Last Don" Ward. If he backs it you know its worth getting behind and you should too. VaderNick finds your lack of reviews disturbing, I expect a lot more reviews in the coming days, There will be no one to stop you this time!!!

I base all my listening choices on podcast logos. How could I pass up Rogue Won with this sweet, friggin' example of podcast logo artistry? Who made this? DaVinci? Imagine my surprise when I found out that the podcast is EVEN BETTER THAN THE LOGO. Grasso, Pappas & Burkhardt are fantastic together. They play off one another as good podcasters should, and each has their own area of expertise. The podcast is well conceived and written providing all Star Wars fans the info they need while getting lots of laughs along the way. I hope the Brosheks at Making Star Wars are happy, they've created a monster! We all knew ole grasso would find a platform to scream his insanities one day. And now that day has come and I couldn't be happier about it, looking forward to seeing this show find its own voice in the msw network and to hear about Johnny finally reading a book.
