The Nick Huber show is a short-form podcast on Real Estate, entrepreneurship and wealth.
You won't find a lot of long-form interviews or unorganized banter. My goal is to be short and to the point and deliver value as quickly as possible. We'll cover things like terminology, deal overviews, acquisitions, structuring deals, raising money, operations, hiring and more.

After listening to a few episodes I am very impressed with Nick. His show is transparent, real, and actionable. He covers more than JUST real estate, I enjoyed his episode on fatherhood and could really relate the struggle to juggle it all. Nick shares his experience running a Real Estate operations company that specializes in mini storages. His advice is spot on, applicable for anyone looking to invest in commercial real estate. He focuses on short form - meaning that each episode is to the point and teaches a specific lesson. Rarely are there long interviews. I’m using the info he shares to start my own commercial real estate business in a different niche.
