Now Is The Time
I read the one star review and just had to respond. I’m not calling for a civil war between the parties, the GOP has launched a successful one but Dems refuse to fight it on their terms. And why should there be civility in this new uncivil era? Liberal talk show hosts for 30 years have taken the “high” ground, not getting upset, trying to be reasoned, thoughtful, contemplative. While the world and country slips away. Now is the time for upset. Now is the time for telling it like it is. And now is the time to be more than complacent. But it’s also time to step away, to have fun, to search for real solutions. And some days to do nothing at all but cook, or hug a dog, or go to an event. Yes, I’ve changed since KGO, so has the world. And as KGO has NO ratings, I have more podcast listeners, maybe it’s time for liberal talk radio to step up a little and actually SAY and DO something other than rehash the pablum of the day. My show isn’t for everyone. But it may be for you.

I use to enjoy Karel when he was on KGO. I recently listened to some of his podcasts and was shocked at what I heard. All Republicans are criminals and nut jobs? He’s calling for a civil war between the 2 parties to get rid of the right? He rants about his HOA but clearly knows nothing about HOA laws. With only 69 people listening to his paid content on Patreon, perhaps he should try a different approach. I’m sorry I briefly tuned back in.

Love your podcast. Listened when kfi was your station . So glad to have you and your honesty back . I follow your lifestyle, being vegetarian for 50 yrs and now vegan on SITI eating plan . I have an in curable hrt disease and lost 3 sister’s suddenly. So as my mom passed after 24/7 caregiving by me from dementia, the stress was hugeand hurting my rt ventricle . So I now am detoxing all meds for anxiety, depression in an organic mindful rehab to begin my new life . Deaths hurt . I feel like an orphan . But
Our mind and heart being clear , letting go of the past and I think I will live to 92 like my mom if I choose not to live above my means or expat to Portugal for living alone like a person of means on $1000. Trump has given me PTTD ....post traumatic Trump disorder and socialized medicine on the Portugal coast Algare is an option !
Ck out the 10 most affordable beach towns in the world . Algare is #1 . Stop stressing and your soul searching really touched me .
