You've probably noticed by now that not a single daily shine goes by without the I asked to breathe deeply.
That's because I'll breath is important even more than we realize.
It's incorporated into so many ancient practices like yoga and meditation.
in yoga, Traditions, it's translated to Prana, which means life force
My breath isn't just inhales and exhales that keep us going.
Albrecht can be a tool for focus.
A way of navigating and controlling on nervous system.
The pathway into a mental health.
Experts say that I'll breath can even be a form of resistance, think about it. Throwing a bread is the little gift of being alive and in a world where so many people's lives are under threat, that act as powerful.
For today, let's remind ourselves of the Paula and I'll breath and the fact that we deserve to live alphalist, both cared for lives.
Find a comfy position for yourself when you feel relaxed.
Take a deep breath in.
Close your eyes.
Feel your body soften.
Scan yourself from head to toe.
as you find tension, release it
Now, tune in to the Natural flow of your breath.
It's moving in and out of your lungs at its natural pace.
Nothing to change or fix.
Give it your focus.
As your breath moves through. You notice the sensations, you feel
Where does it move to in your body?
It might be in your abdomen your chest or throat.
Maybe it's all coming in through nostrils.
See if you can pinpoint each sensation of your breath, as it moves.
something amazing about a bread is the fact that as each one ends the next begins,
There is no giving up on yourself.
You have strength and power right here inside you.
You deserve each breath as it moves through you.
Stay focused on your breath, you.
And if your mind wanders, that's okay.
Just notice it and come back to your breath.
Great. Try some breathing techniques together on your next breath. Inhale, as deeply as you can and exhale slowly.
when you took that breast notice, if any tightness came up in your body,
If you felt, I'd that's okay, it's human. You can gently off of yourself, some compassion for it.
Say to yourself. My breath feels a little tight but I love and accept myself exactly as I am.
Now, let's try again with another deep breath.
Maybe they was a difference, maybe not.
Either way, you're offering yourself to Gift of Life and compassion through it.
For a lost deep breath. Now, we're going to take out. I'm feeling a lungs as much as we can and then letting it out as slowly as possible.
To take this next breath on your own. It's different for everyone.
As you let out your breath, mentally, tell yourself, my breath is my gift, and I deserve it.
My breath is my gift and I deserve it.
Great job today.
Remember that your breath isn't just your life force.
It's proof that you deserve to live the beautiful gift of life and Thrive within it.
When you're ready, you can gently open your eyes.
Have a beautiful day.
