Everyone should listen
Came to listen to Doug’s interview with my friend Alan Aragon. As a health and fitness professional, I greatly appreciate Doug’s insightful questions and how he makes it relatable to the everyday person trying to sort fact from fiction (it ain’t easy!). I’ll be sticking around to learn more about how Doug is using Fitness and this platform to help others overcome struggles and hardship. Good stuff!

Feast for your soul 📝
Out of the heart the mouth speaks❤️🔥 Effortless, eloquent spoken words from Sahil Bloom. Wow.It’s easy to brush over and rush transition seasons of our lives but I agree, it’s important to slow down b/c this is where some of the deepest soul searching and transformation happens. Also my heart resonates with this: “You can learn so much from everyone you encounter if you open up to it. Understanding the human condition and all different walks of life and seeing it across a variety of people.” I loved everything about this podcast! And Doug, you’re so spot on and skillful with your selection of questions. Thank you both so much.

Along for this podcast
I love the Doug Bopst Podcast, the Adversity Advantage. I think it is as relevant a topic for every American today. We’ve been fed a steady diet of dependence and fragility.... What do we do? For starters, listen to those who have taken a punch in the face and proven they are survivors. I sometimes struggle to get into new podcasts but the question asking style is smooth. I am glad to have found Doug when he was an inspirational guest on the Dave Asprey Upgrade Podcast on Apple iTunes. I’d recommend this as a listen for any young man particularly.

A podcast that genuinely empowers the listener to feel understood!
I’m a new listener and have lots more episodes to hear! Doug is relatable, his voice is easy to hear, and he puts the challenges of adversity into words. The ability to shift perspective and feeding energy that makes us feel better, especially after trauma and hardships can be tough and this podcast is a fantastic addition to my toolbox of goodies that keeps me growing and becomming my best version. I also like the shorter intros. I don’t even have to fast-forward. Keep up the great work, Doug! You’re covering topics that have been taboo for too long!

Your Hardship is Your Opportunity
Doug provides great insight into how our darkest moments and undesirable parts of our self can ultimately become the catalyst to our lives’ purpose. This show highlights how individuals globally have fueled there current passions through the common experience of “an awakening” where they have no choice but to consciously choose differently. It is very relatable to my own personal experience as my current and evolving self is almost a reflection of the choices I have made along the way to prioritize self care and change my perspective.

Doug Bopst Adversity Advantage
Doug Bopst and The Adversity Advantage has become my most cherished podcast! Doug is raw and real about his own story which disarms others to be the same. We all face adversity in our lives and as Doug illustrates over and over again, it is the choices that we make (or don’t make) that will change (or not change) the trajectory of our lives forever. I love that Doug connects with people who are highly successful and accomplished, yet he takes us down their path of unfolding, overcoming, and awakening to their best and most authentic selves. Still vulnerable but better equipped for future challenges. Doug spotlights their story behind their story, which we is how we best learn and grow!

A Must Listen
Doug’s story of fitness and sobriety is so inspiring to me, but never in a million years did I imagine I’d suddenly become a client of his as well as a listener. It’s ok to feel scared or stressed given how complicated life can be, but also realize that there are genuine people out there who want to help us manage those feelings in healthy ways. His podcast is a really great tool to help do that, with interviews that inspire and encourage empathy and connection with guests from all walks of life.

Authentically Exceptional and Real!
Doug Bopst talks the talks and walks the walk. He doesn’t just provide information and gives suggestions on how to live your best life, but he DOES that everyday. He came to speak to our high school students and made a tremendous impact. He was able to speak about tough topics and keep the attention of teenagers, but really impacted their lives through his own story of adversity and overcoming. I highly recommend his Podcast and connecting with Doug to serve others. He wakes up each day with a purpose of finding ways to give back. So excited to hear more of these interviews and his podcast!
