Constant self promotion
This group started out amazing, with a good intent and great conversation. Now it is just constant self promotion, advertising their loan company which has HIGH VA loan rates, “military realtors” who have becomes their partners, etc. it’s a joke. Waiting for the next group/ podcast to form and get back to the roots of why ADPI was formed in the first place!

Want to love this show but just can’t
I really wanted to love this show but I just can’t. It’s cringeworthy more than anything. There’s just not as much useful information as there is in BP or other real estate podcasts. Take for example episode 117: How to BRRRR a four-plex. The guest talks about cash flow numbers but absolutely no other numbers are even mentioned. There is maybe 1 or 2 minutes of useful information in a 32 minute podcast.

If you are active duty or retired military, you should definitely check these podcasts out! Real estate investing has so many benefits as an investment, especially for military. This podcast helped me get a running start for real estate investing in early September when I first started listening every morning on the way to work. It made me want to learn more.
