Simultaneously run with our coaching offers. Let's jump in today's episode. Guys are ready. So let's talk a little bit about what I see in the world of online. I talk about this in one of the last few episodes. But I did like how we have to focus on Outsourcing and how you can break through your 10K barrier by doing what you need to do with its tail and outsourced. So let's talk about when, you know, you need to Outsource and who you need to Outsource to? What positions do you need to Outsource to? Let's play who you hire in your company makes the world of a difference. For example, I brought on the most incredible sales person, I could probably ever have imagined and his name is Garrison and he ended up in body and my vision so much so much so that he has become a bit of a right hand for me. And not only, is he taking our young Roman calls for business and fitness coaching?
Doing an amazing job. He is also, you know, taking over in terms of business, coaching, feeding ideas, things of that nature, and he's been just wonderful and regards to helping me scale. I look at all the people on my team. You know? My online business manager, is my sister business coaches, my assistant, coaches Mi Cielo on my Fitness business, and all of them have just absolutely helped me take off. And they always feed me ideas and they always helped me grow to the point where we've actually more than doubled our monthly income since January all the way to now, which is the end of April. So this is what it looks like when you start house or you have wonderful human to believe it or not actually end up sometimes being better than you at the job that you do. It was such an ego hit to me to bring it on our sales person. When I was like, holy shit. He's actually better than I do in my own sales calls. Like, what I was just shocked, I was literally shocked and so, I realize, you know what? It's time to
Really bring on people who might actually be better than me at the job that I'm doing, right? And now you might be asking, cool, can we get it? You need to Outsource, but who do I Outsource to what? Higher comes first. Help me out. So here's the thing, I told my clients all the time, if you guys are compromising lead gen or avoiding lead generation because you have a lot of clients on your roster let so you have like about 15 clients. It's time to start thinking about the things you don't like doing first, but you don't want to Outsource anything until you actually mastered at yourself in the beginning, unless it's something like no branding design, all that kind of stuff, right? So here's the order in which I see a majority of my Mastermind clients who are in August 15th to like, 50 k months. This is the order that I typically see Things fall into. So when it comes down to it, a lot of people when I get to make that 15 client Mark, maybe you're making, like, 325k for the month right now in comes going to come into play, but also your client roster in time is going to come into play.
If you have been doing be an outrage and a good majority of your leads come from doing Outreach and you've mastered it. I say, one of the first hire that you could potentially make, is getting a messenger to continuously. Follow your lead from Outreach, right? This is what's going to help you consistently build that roster up. You know, if they're booking at least one call a day. Realistically, having a VA, or someone who's like a lead-gen, specialist RV is on hand from Istanbul. They are va's with admin work, but they also are amazing within our reach and that's actually their first focus when they start working for coaches. So, for the most part, the first higher typically tends, to be a virtual Administrative Assistant. Who does DM? Outreach to help you fill your roster. Now, once your roster is filled or I tell people to cause a lot of my clients, they will what's full, right now, let's look at the rate of growth. Are you signing to clients a month? Well, if you're at 15 clients by the end of this month, you're going to have. What? About 20 to 25 clients on your roster. It's really hard to build a
On business, when you have a roster of like 30 to 60 people, don't get me wrong people do it. There are Pratt coaches who have like 80 clients a hundred clients on their roster. But if you truly want to step into your CEO and really, really build a business, I think, one of the best things that you can do is bring on assistant coach when you have consistently Jen, maybe you're getting one inbound and outbound a week, maybe just a few more than that realistically. You're going to need an assistant coach. You can handle, all those clients off to know. A lot of people ask me, you know, how do you hire an assistant coach? What does a pay look like? That's something I've actually bought the system up for that. Teach my clients in my program, but I will say sing coaches to make anywhere from like 5 to 10K a month, even more than that, if they do have a pretty stacked roster. Okay? So that's something that can come into play now. The cool thing is, what I structure is coaches, they do not spend money unless they make money with their assistant coach. So they're only paying their assistant coach when they feed them clients. Right? So,
Or even when the assistant coach signs on their own clients. So the second thing I usually say in terms of higher is assistant coach, that's where you're going to be able to shuttle all the clients off to, you have someone consistently generating outbound and you know, you generating inbound leads hopefully and that's going to be able to eat. Don't have you hand people off to that assistant coach. Now once the assistant coach anymore. I'll leave Jen. Then it's just a duplicate of a process but I really recommend getting a console specialist as the third higher. Now, a console specialist is going to be someone who takes those like 10 minutes called reach now. If you don't know, you know, the outbound Legion process, obviously, that's going to make it a little bit more difficult. That's something we teach our clients are Mastermind, an AR accelerator program. So doing the amount, reaching a boogie, McCall's, having someone take the time and it calls and handle the sails call to you as the coach, or you can eventually shuttle them. Into being the console specialist in the enrollment specialist, taking both calls and closing the deal.
Enclosing the clients so that you can focus on you don't changing more Lots, right? So this is typically the order that I see. Now, what do you have this? Y'all your business is almost like a well-oiled machine K. What I mean by that is like you could go on vacation for 2 weeks and your legion specialist would be, you obviously want to be posting for warm Outreach but you're leading specialist is generating, right? You are handing, those generated leads from outbound and inbound, to your console specialist, they're taking the sales call, and then realistically, you hand it off to your coach. Boom. Right now, you're chilling, right? You're producing content. You're still being serviced based. You still want to deliver to your clients and now some automated messages, send them some love, checking on that, of course, but realistically, you can take a little more of a back seat or even work on some things like lime delivery challenges. You know, things like that. Right? So that's typically the order that I see people make the higher that's tip.
Play the order that I have my clients, do it in and I saw that there was a need for a lot of people who really, hey, I want to hire an assistant and then I want to hire, you know, a consult specialist. So we Creator agencies to you'll help our clients get to those points. Have somebody there to do that and then take off continuously. So that's typically the order I see. Now, here's one thing I do coach, a lot of people who have a lot of inbound lead generation, sometimes people with really large following to just get a lot of inbound leads or people just have gray profiles. And they have great amount Legion, write those people. Typically, they may actually need an assistant coach purse because I have somebody in bounds, they can't handle it. They can the inbounds off to their assistant coaches, and then they get in a legion specialist RVA or it just kind of happened simultaneously. So that's also something that can kind of come up. If people will like simultaneously higher the VA and assistant coach at the same time and then like few weeks later, you'll hire the console specialist. But the thing is
The quicker that you make, these hires, the quicker that you're going to scale. I see so many people get in their own head you know not be able to trust the process not wanting to hire somebody. When in reality every time you make a higher you're providing livelihood for that person is John a light a fire under your ass. To continue to shuttle Legion to continue to post, you're going to feel inspired, they're going to feed you ideas and that my friend is really what has lit a fire under. My ass is just continuously knowing that I want to you to provide livelihood for the people on my team and that my team is is a people to eat. We care about people and we genuinely want to keep helping others right in so that just like the fire under my ass. To just keep going.
