You will never change someone. Accept that. Only God can change someone. Therefore, if you are struggling with another person, then ask God to help you. Pray for their faults and ask that God would show them right and wrong.
In addition, pray for yourself. That you would have the strength to deal with them. You may also need to ask for the ability to be more accepting. In addition, ask God to make it clear that the error is on the other person and not you.
