Tune in for the movies. Stay for 90210.
It's a great way relive old movies, 90210, and Buffy!

Great podcast!
Although it appears your “hulu tapes” for 90210 are missing the same amount of episodes due to music rights back then as well!

Hard pass
10 minutes into a 35 minute long podcast that I thought was about retro movies and so far all they’ve talked about is sports and politics. Even the guys wife sounds bored.

This show is boss!
My sister’s boyfriend passed me a copy of their show and wow! These teenagers are very worldly! I sometimes feel like I’m listening to Siskel and Ebert with their crazy knowledge and takes on movies! I hope you guys do get married someday! You have great chemistry! I am writing this from a link from an Are You Afraid of the Dark chat room on AOL so I hope you get it!

Excellent Podcasting
I love the reviews and analysis of pop culture from yesteryear! There are so many podcasts that are only concerned with what's new and hip. This podcast looks at those shows and, to quote the exceedingly entertaining surf-pop-rock band Smash Mouth, puts its finger and its thumb in the shape of an L on its forehead, all without looking in slightest bit dumb. Keep the good work coming please!

Quite the Blockbuster.
Retro Late Fee is a show with a concept I wish I had thought of. Mark and Carol go back in time to bring you all of the entertainment news from 25 years ago. It is nostalgic, informative and funny as hell. It kind of messes with you in the sense that you start to wonder if you went back in time. The banter between the hosts always has me cracking up.

So much fun!
A fun, retro, dive into classics from 25 years ago. Each episode opens with a look at the world at the time, before an analysis of a media property. Excellent stuff!

A Great Blast from the Past
What if pop culture podcasts had started 25 years ago, on cassette tapes copied and passed around among listeners? Retro Late Fee is here with the answer, and it turns out, the answer is, that would have been great! Reviews of TV shows and movies straight out of the 90s, loaded with speculation about what the future will bring. A great premise, and great execution.

- The Big LebowskiThe Big Lebowski ( /ləˈbaʊski/) is a 1998 crime comedy film written, produced, and directed by Joel and Ethan Coen. It stars Jeff Bridges as Jeffrey "The Dude" Lebowski, a Los Angeles slacker and avid bowler. He is assaulted as a result of mistaken identity, then learns that a millionaire also named Jeffrey Lebowski ( David Huddleston) was the intended victim. The millionaire Lebowski's trophy wife is kidnapped, and millionaire Lebowski commissions The Dude to deliver the ransom to secure her release; the plan goes awry when the Dude's friend Walter Sobchak ( John Goodman) schemes to keep the ransom money for himself. Sam Elliott, Julianne Moore, Steve Buscemi, John Turturro, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Tara Reid, David Thewlis, Peter Stormare, Jon Polito, and Ben Gazzara also appear, in supporting roles. The film is loosely inspired by the work of Raymond Chandler. Joel Coen stated, "We wanted to do a Chandler kind of story – how it moves episodically, and deals with the characters trying to unravel a mystery, as well as having a hopelessly complex plot that's ultimately unimportant." [5] The original score was composed by Carter Burwell, a longtime collaborator of the Coen brothers. The Big Lebowski received mixed reviews at the time of its release. Over time, reviews have become largely positive, and the film has become a cult favorite, [6] noted for its eccentric characters, comedic dream sequences, idiosyncratic dialogue, and eclectic soundtrack. [7] In 2014, the film was selected for preservation in the United States National Film Registry by the Library of Congress as being "culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant". A spin-off, titled The Jesus Rolls , was released in 2020, with Turturro reprising his role and also serving as writer and director.
