Just what I’ve been looking for!
I kept my XM Radio for several years just so I could listen to these shows on Radio Classics when I travel. Now that I’ve found this podcast, I can listen to the shows I like whenever I choose. Goodbye, XM!!

Wonderful Blast From the Past
Love everything about them, from the introductions to the endings with a twist!

Great stories! Bad voices!
The stories are awesome but the voice of the main protagonist is so annoying. He clearly has a deviated septum or a serious cold in most of the episodes. The sinus problem alone would be one thing but it’s combined with what sounds like a Chicago accent. I can’t get the two out of my mind. If not for that, I’d be a dedicated fan. Great program and storyline! Poor voices.

Thank you!
My dad played old radio shows on our road trips when I was a kid. I think that’s why I like podcasts so much. Thank you for making my favorite shows available! Especially Suspense, Escape, and Lights Out.

Enjoyable thrillers from the golden age of radio
Not only are these shows well written and produced but they also paint a picture of the worries at the start of the Cold War. The voice acting from this era of radio is amazing. They really do a great job of making you feel the suspense and drama of the stories. If you have interest in this time in history (post WW2, Cold War, red scare) you will enjoy these shows. They are a dramatization of the fears and politics of a world in transition.

Thrillers are probably my favorite of the series
I have subscribed to many of his radio shows. They are always fun, thrilling, and my favorite thing to put on while I work on my crafts. Young, like me who has only heard tales of the golden age of radio, or middle age, when you can temper the programs coming back on in the 1970’s, or if you are the part of the golden generation and have fond memories of these playing while you did housework or them being on after school, old time radio has something for you. I think that this piece of history should be shared to every generation like a great book.

Love the shows.
I have really been enjoying the shows. The sound quality is good on most shows. Our host is very consistent, says very little and let’s the show take the center stage.

Superior OTR
The audio quality of the episode is almost always extremely high quality and the podcast introductions and endings are brief, informative, well-spoken and kind. This Podcast is truly professionally done. Thanks.

Always a good time.
I suppose it says something when my least favorite of the Relic Radio lineup still receives five stars for quality and consistency, and when I still look forward to every new episode like a kid unwrapping birthday presents. I admit I like The Horror and Case Closed better than this podcast, but I can't think of any reason not to remain subscribed to a podcast that offers the high-quality OTR this one does. If this is the weakest of the Relic Radio line, that's a bit like saying it's the least perfect diamond in a row of diamonds. Good stuff and worth every minute spent listening.

Great entertainment
Love these programs. Great host who allows you to listen right away. Stories stick with you the next day since you are seeing everything play out in your head vs on a screen. Keep em coming.

Thank u
I work a long nite and these are great to speed me thru that time. I never knew these existed until I accidentally happened on the podcast. I love being able to talk with my grandparents about these shows. They get so excited to talk about their favorite shows. The host and quality are fantastic. Keep up the good work!

Top-quality packaging for great programs
There are lots of old radio show podcasts, but the ones from Relic Radio can't be beat in the way that they set you up for a truly fun experience (rather than the usual drowsy "trip down memory lane" approach). Great opening theme, great introduction, and well-chosen episodes.
Exceptional Programming!

Relic Radio
I'm such a fan of Old Time Radio, and therefore appreciate the efforts of Relic Radio for providing exceptional programs for my listening pleasure. I particularly enjoy "The Horror," "Thrillers" and "The Great Gildersleeve" podcasts. Hats off to the producers of Relic Radio! Keep up the good work! I'll be listening.

Relic Radio is the BEST
I spend most of my time in my studio painting and have tested out every single Podcast/vintage radio selection available on iTunes. Relic Radio (especially Old time Thrillers) is the best. No crummy commercials, just a very clever host and lots of great radio programs. I'd love it if they played more of The Saint with Vincent Price. Otherwise, everything is perfect. Thank you!

THRILLING!
I'm a big fan of "the Horror", Relic Radio's other podcast, and this should be a great companion podcast to it. I enjoyed the first epoisode, and if it's as well kept up as "The Horror", then it's gonna be a great selection of great old shows. Thanks Relic Radio!
