A kickstart to healing
Like so many others covid has done me in. Frantically trying to climb out of it I thought to work on my spirituality, something that has been miserably neglected for a long time. This was one of the first podcasts I found after my awakening and I’m so grateful for it. Jina is so humble and really walks this journey with you and leads from a place of learning and it’s so refreshing! I’ve learned so much and it’s really changed my life! Nourishment for your soul
This podcast has absolutely given me life since I stumbled across it. After binging every episode, it quickly became my go-to podcast and I have listened to many episodes more than once. Mind-Expanding Content!
I’ve read about past life regressions in a few books over the years, and have wanted to explore my own. But I’ve always been a little nervous! I’ve really enjoyed listening to Jina’s podcast, because it’s broken down my apprehension a bit. Each episode brings really intriguing topics and relaxing hypnosis sessions (which I love that she offers for free for beginners like me to try!). I receive her newsletter and sat down with the At-Home Past Life Journey the other day and am so appreciative of this resource. I really believe I was led to this podcast!
Within the first 10 minutes of the Intro episode, I felt as if Jina was speaking from my own soul. So many situations and perspectives have resonated with me now that I’m into 13 episodes. I’ve either been able to relate, or I’ve been opened—I can feel myself growing into a better version of myself, and that’s ultimately what I’ve been searching for something to help me do. I love that Jina never comes off as preachy or as a “guru” as she has called it. I feel like I’m listening to a friend, an equal.

I don’t know why I love this podcast so much
Great host. The passion she has for the spiritual and past life regression is so cool. Infectious. She drops lots of f bombs which are almost always a surprise. I thought at one point she said she was a lesbian, which added to her epic pod cast, but I think maybe she’s just straight. But with cool hair so... she has taught me so much! I have done one past life regression and haven’t been sure what to make of it. She made me unpack it a bit more. Not think I was fabricating it all, which I kind of thought I might have been doing. Trust and love and light is what I get out of this pod cast. Lots of it.

A good listen
Honestly, It’s nice to listen to a spiritual podcast with a host that isn’t “judgey” or “preachy”. She never says “you need to do this or that”. Which reinforces that I’m whole/enough and imperfect/complicated at the same time. Jina just seems to have an honest curiosity about life and spiritual experiences; and has a lot of good insights. It’s like going on a journey with a friend, instead of being preached at. The guests are really great too. ♥️

I listened to podcasts for 87,451 minutes in 2020. This is HANDS DOWN my favorite. I can’t get enough of it. I’m always dying for more content from Jina & checking for new episodes wishing she could crank out 2-3 a week 😂 Past life regression is something that I’ve wanted to do for years because I’ve always been the child who got called an old soul. I enjoy listening to Jina and all of her past lives. It is my favorite topic and she is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Even though her past lives are unique to her you can still draw parallels with lessons in your own life.

These are two of my favorite subjects (past lives and the divine) and this podcast covers them so beautifully. A mix of client interviews diving into their past life regressions and Jina’s own experiences on both sides of the chair, there are powerful take-home messages from every episode. Just no words..
The episode with Shanna was my first listen. I was thrown through a loop with the fluid conversation regarding past lives and the synchronization between today and “yesterday”. I absolutely enjoyed feeling the energy blasted through audio. It was like sitting in the den hanging with a close friend. I highly recommend this podcast to anyone who wants to hear and feel good about being them!

Jina is a light in my day!!
I just recently started listening to this podcast and I absolutely love it! Not only is the subject matter fascinating but Jina’s voice is calming, soothing, and just so pure and real. I like when she swears too LOL!! I feel like I could sit down and talk for hours with Jina. I look forward to my walks every day more and more to catch up on the next episode and I’ve noticed that my walks keep getting longer which has been awesome because it’s also bringing down my blood pressure! I found this podcast by searching “past lives” because maybe I am a weirdo. Or maybe not so much after all! I thoroughly enjoy the topics covered... when it comes to talking about life, religion, relationships l, career changes , anxiety etc. I couldn’t relate more. Also, Jina’s solid midwestern accent is gold. I left the Midwest 19 years ago and I feel like I’m listening to one of my childhood best friends talk about all the out there things I enjoy reading and talking about too.

Give it a try!
It’s approachable and welcoming - I love that Jina explains things from her perspective but doesn’t push her beliefs on others. Quite the opposite! She invites listeners to enjoy episodes even if they are just curious. After listening, I found myself applying one of the insights she shared to my life and eagerly waiting for the next episode.
