These fellas did a whole episode on the benefits of depreciation, but not once mentioned recapture. Perhaps they are not aware of it or just haven’t been investing long enough to experience it.

Attainable Goals
Dan & Anthony have excellent chemistry and are very easy to listen to. They are extremely informative and they seem very purposeful on their guests aligning with their style of simplifying the process for the listener. I think I found them at the right time. Winning Podcast!
I have spent 4 years listening to A LOT of real estate podcasts. I easily have spent hundreds of hours testing new ones out and I thought I had narrowed down my top 3. This podcast has been a great tool for a beginner like me that’s looking garner more information about how Multifamily Investing works as I navigate through the beginning stages of investing. I feel like this podcast can help get both a beginner prepared for the next levels as well as helping a more seasoned investor see what details they could be missing on investments. As I listen to more episodes the chemistry between hosts is growing as is the distribution of the information. This is a MUST LISTEN podcast!
