Great Insights into Peak Performance
I've been studying personal development for a long time, and I find Andy's podcasts fresh, relevant, and challenging (like when I know I should be doing something ....). He's got a way of making the science of how to improve your brain for peak perfomance easy. Yes he repeats concepts - but that's how you learn, through repetition. I find at least one useful idea in each podcast (often many).

Too Repetitive
I really tried to like this podcast but I only found myself getting irritated to the repetitive messages that too many motivational or “performance coaches” promise -cheap motivational cliche’s. The reason I subscribed to your podcast was because of the title “Mindset” which I associated to Carol Dwecks book, “Mindset”. I thought your podcast would center itself around the concepts of her book. Later I would find out that there was no correlation between the two. However, I listened to a few episodes, hoping I would learn something but grew tired easily because of how you mix your services into your podcast, which results in you taking some time to get to the point of your episode because of your self-promoting rambling.

Use Spell Check!
I haven’t listened to a single episode, but while browsing the notes from #191, I saw a glaring misspelling (“believe”). Not a great tragedy in normal daily discourse, but in this context, coming from one who is all about doing things at the top of his game and giving advice about how to live life and grow businesses and be more successful, etc., the realization that you don’t triple check your writing or at least use spell-checking software pretty much negates every single piece of advice you can give, reveals that you don’t follow your own suggestions and immediately turned me off to even giving your podcast a chance. Life Lesson: details DO often matter!

Occasionally good stuff
This show has some interesting guests and some helpful content. The drawback is that the show is largely an ad for the other services and ventures offered by the host. There is some helpful and direct information about NLP and techniques for changing consciousness. Most of the information is merely alluded to as part of paid for services I subscribe and am a frequent listener, so I'm not just leaving an ill informed review. There have been concepts I've been exposed to on the website which I have found very useful in my life. Most content and guests are advertising their own books and self help content, but you get what you pay for when you download free content on iTunes.
