Great information shared, awesome podcast!
I have been looking for a shorter, regularly updated podcast focused on mental health and wellness. I found what I needed in Men Who Talk Heal. This podcast has great information and shares ideas, topics, and support about a range of mental health topics in a completely no-judgement zone. I also love that the episodes are all only about 30 minutes or so! Check it out—you will not be disappointed!

Men need love too!!
As a black woman, I entirely support and advocate for this podcast. Not only do men need love like women, but they deserve a voice too. Too often people critique the patriarchy but don’t stop to think about the negative affects it has on men... ESPECIALLY when it comes to verbalizing emotion(s). I also loved the most recent discussion about culture!! DEFINITELY will be tuning in moving forward
