Incredible and enlightening! THE BEST!
Every day can seem really overwhelming, but every night I look forward to my special time when I can sink into bed and listen to an episode of meditation minis! 🧘♀️ These quick little podcasts transform my day and inspire good choices. They serve as a helpful reminder to be grateful, declutter, take deep breaths. I was listening to kids meditations like Ahway Island, and as great as they are, they weren’t what I wanted and it was basically a virtual bedtime story. But my mom introduced me to this adult meditation that took me seriously and wasn’t looking at me like I was an average 10 year old with no stress in her life. They are my outlet for well-being, and it may sound weird that a little tween could have as much stress as a full time parent, but these meditations truly help. Chel Hamilton gives me a new perspective of living, a different angle to view it from. She truly does help me create an amazing day.

I really enjoy this podcast for a few reasons : - The meditations are short. If I can fit them into my day, anyone can! - Her voice is soothing without being drippy. - Alot of guided visualization, which can be helpful for people who don't find strict mindfulness easy I really recommend it to anyone who needs a manageable meditation schedule, beginners or experts alike.

These meditations are priceless
I have Peloton meditation and Calm and meditations on Audible, but only these can turn my day around enough that I didn't have to go home mid-day today because I was so burned out and in such a bad headspace. I have done these before interviews, to help me sleep, and to help me cope with work stress and anxiety. Chel has never failed to make things better. I wish I could download every single episode.

Go-To Siesta for my Sensitive Nervous System
As a highly sensitive person, these meditations help soothe my nervous system and give my brain a chance to refocus and reset. I often put one or a few on in the afternoon, and allow my mind to drift along or ease me into a nap if needed. Each episode is just the perfect balance of soothing sound and guided visualization. I find Chel’s voice comforting, her cadence balanced and the content amply varied. This podcast has become a foundational tool in my self-care arsenal.

Stumbled upon the meditation podcast cause I just wasn’t thinking about meditation and podcasts. Haha. It’s been a blessing as I struggle with really looking within, enjoying the present and realizing we have this one life. I get caught up in much of what others do (social media, family, day to day). This podcast has made me take a step back and just enjoy the now. Really enjoy it.

Chel has passion for her meditations
Chel isn’t just reading a script of her meditation to the listener but it’s as if she joining the listener on their journey. She is organic and honest. She has a fantastic pace and the inflection in her voice is authentic. I don’t feel rushed to relax or to take deep breaths. She allows silent time for the listener to truly relax and hone in on their meditation. The sound quality of the podcasts are excellent. Her voice is soothing and clear. Very calming, great visuals, just one suggestion
Thank you so much for what you do. I’m finding these so relaxing I will make a point to listen every day. I love that they’re short enough to have no excuses and to do several if there’s time. One improvement though would be to simply end by fading out to silence at the end of each meditation. The music and speaking can be startling after such a calming experience.

Best meditations!
I deal with a fair amount of anxiety ever since having my son 4 years ago. I do these meditations 4-6 times a week and they help me manage my anxiety in a safe, healthy way. Poor audio
I love the content, the beautiful voice. But I wish there were more silent pauses for breathing and meditating. She rushes through the direction. And I have a background in audio. When the music is used, it is not modulated well, and at times overpowers the narration. I question the placement of the microphone. She seems to be speaking past it, and as a result, we lose clarity.

Amazing Meditations!
This is just an amazing, wonderful meditation series. The author is fully aware of the psychology that goes beyond just the Sleep Mode. It is actually self-confidence and well being meditations that I have been looking for a long time. I use these in my breaks from teaching students. It has doubled my work flow and I am much happier now because most of my stress is taken away, especially when I do these in mini sessions throughout the day. I am sure there are others who do something similar, but this does not make this series any less worthy. Highly, highly recommended to all, especially to professionals who are in intense social situations and where their calmness can change a person’s life! Thanks!

Great way to begin the practice of meditating!

I love your voice
I am so thankful for your podcast it helps me so much. I hill recommended this podcast especially if you have depression and anxiety. I use this to go to sleep. I was wondering if you could do one to help you go to sleep 💤. If any listeners have any suggestions for calming anxiety and depression I would really love ❤️ it. It is usually at night when my mom leaves. Anyway love your voice and your podcast. I would Love if you could do that episode as soon as possible and any suggestions on calming anxiety. This past year i have had a lot of trouble doing my schoolwork.at the end of the year i was trying to jam in a ton of work.every night before starting my night I listened to one of these podcasts and it calmed me every time and i was able to gets lots of work done. i am extremely grateful to this podcast and i would definitely recommend this podcast to anyone who needs it.

woman led, short sessions, beginner friendly. i’m knocking off one star because some have an insert of a man speaking at the intro. as a survivor i am 10X more comfortable with woman-led meditation, esp when anxious ya know?! and most of Chel’s are(haven’t gotten through all of them yet!), but i wish it was 100%. overall definitely worth checking out!

A renewing meditation podcast
This is my go-to podcast for my morning meditation sessions. Chel’s voice can be so soothing and, just when I need it to be, invigorating. She does an excellent job of conjuring images that perfectly capture whatever I’m going through at the moment—and then, images that help me to release those tense feelings. I also appreciate that her podcast isn’t TOO “New Age.” However, I think if you are into New Age podcasts, you’ll still find value in this one.

Go to for mindfulness and meditation
I’m a behavior analyst and health coach and this is my go-to podcast for slowing down, paying attention, and relaxation. I use this when walking, before bed, and any time my nerves are bothering me! Chel has the most calming voice and really gives some good, behavioral tips for being mindful and focusing on breathing/what’s going on around you and gives some good visualizations for when what’s going on around you may not be the best thing to focus on. She’s amazing!

Novice Meditator Hooked
I started listening to this podcast months ago when I was studying for the bar exam. I am new to meditation and this podcast has short episodes which are perfect for beginners. Now, as an attorney, I continue to listen to this podcast every morning because it helps me clear my mind for the busy day ahead. My only request would be that more episodes are available! I often listen to repeats (which I do not mind one bit) but I’d love to see more. Seriously, if you’re curious about meditation — this podcast is for you. It’s not sitting in silence but rather listening and envisioning a scene which is helpful for new meditators. If I could give this 10 stars I would.

I had been searching for a short meditation to add to my day and when I came across this one I was immediately hooked. I love the different focuses for each one because they are perfect to unwind after a workout or to jump start your day. I’ve recommended this podcast to everyone that I know. I used to try to meditate daily but fell out of practice when life got a bit hectic. Quarantine and this podcast has helped me ease back into the practice during these-I’m sorry I have to say it-“unprecedented times.” In all seriousness, I know many of us our dealing with so much fear and anxiety as we continue to navigate this pandemic. Coming into this I didn’t think it was going to help me. I was so wrong; this meditation minis blew my mind. Suddenly as we were in the meditation I just started to cry but I was smiling and I couldn’t stop smiling from ear to ear! I was laughing out loud with tears of joy running down my face and I couldn’t help it!!!🥰This was the biggest smile I have had in 2020 and I needed to do this. I needed to do this for myself and I needed to do this for my relationship and for my family. I was crying tears of joy and I feel so rejuvenated hand I feel so happy and I just want everybody to feel this way so please check this out. Everything I Didn’t Know I Needed
I stumbled upon the podcast as part of my journey to try new things and get to know myself a little more. I love these mini meditations so much! As a working mom, sometimes I just need to take 10 minutes and chill. These help keep me grounded and they help to keep patient. Nearly always a nice intervention
This podcast helped me through law school, bar prep, and some high stress jobs and family crises. A lot of the episodes have provided quick and easy skills I can use without coaching and with little interruption to what I’m doing. Like all mental wellness tools it’s only effective if you USE it (like I sometimes forget to when I’m too anxious) but it almost always helps me

The Meditation That Converted Me
I’ve never enjoyed meditation or yoga because I never wanted to spend any time going “inward.” A serious accident left me with PTSD, including panic attacks and episodes of being overwhelmed to the point of being mentally paralyzed. Why are some cut short?!
An abrupt ending to a meditation is the opposite of soothing. I was enjoying these, but the last few I’ve listened to have suddenly ended mid-sentence and the loud closing statements jolted me up out of my meditative state. Please remove or fix the recordings that are not full length as it ruins the whole process!

Perfect for Busy Adult
I've been listening to Chel for about 3 years now and I find her meditations perfect for a busy lifestyle. They are short, effective meditations (hence "minis") that can really bring my mood to a positive point. Each one is different enough to feel a sense of newness - the music, scenery, inflection of her voice is all different; while also sharing a commonality in all the meditations: quick, uplifting, and routine structure to them. I recently discovered Meditation Minis as I was searching for a way to get into a beginner’s meditation practice (short guided sessions were exactly what I needed!). So Calming
Her voice is so very peaceful and seems like her natural voice. Many podcasts or guided meditations their calm voice seems fake or forced but with Chel I enjoy listening to her and she makes me feel at ease. Used to love these
These are awesome little meditations. I deleted them finally because while I totally get she needs advertisements to run, I hate hearing them immediately after the meditation gong at the end of my practice. Can’t the ads just go before??!! I found myself stressing to hit the stop button, so I wasn’t jarred out of practice, but that’s not very meditative either.

Just what I needed
These are wonderful. They really give me peace. The visualisations are particularly effective for me. It’s good to be given free reign to imagine your ‘happy place’ but I much prefer this method of being loosely taken to a place and allowed to fill in the details of that place with your own experiences. Feels like a more connected, complete and deep meditation.

I love the length, they are perfect for my attention span and they allow me to lay in my bed and meditate before I get up for the day like I want and I don’t fall asleep (usually, sometimes it does happen). Great for a “Miracle Morning”
As part of the “Miracle Morning” process, I needed to learn how to meditate. I knew the benefits of meditation but I had no idea where to start or how to do it. I am blown away by how calm and centered I feel after one of these meditations. Chel has a way of setting up whole landscapes and imaginative scenes that go beyond just breathing. I almost feel like I’m taking a mini vacation every time I listen. It has become an important part of my daily routine (it’s the first thing I do after I brush my teeth). I look forward to it everyday. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because I wish there were a new one everyday.

Exactly What I Needed!
After several attempts at meditating on my own (or with different apps) and it still not working for me, I went searching for another option. That’s when I found this podcast and it has transformed me. Chels voice is the perfect combination of relaxing/soothing and she quickly takes me into a deep state of meditation. Check out the first episodes, they’re SO much better than the new ones. Chelsea seems to have sold out, her voice is no longer slow and soothing, she does her commercial for money then runs through a super fast episode. I’m a long time listener that is moving on after this post. Her original podcasts were awesome, now they’re pointless, useless, worthless, just LESS and lacking. Sad.

Episode 158 : Gratitude Meditation
Episode 158 is my favorite thus far. I love starting my day off with a grateful heart. It helps me feel more connected to the people I love, although they are not near. Overall, I love these mini meditation series. You have such a calming voice.

Best Guided Meditation

Amazing!
These meditations have helped me so much! I have struggled with anxiety for my entire life, especially at night. Adding this podcast to my night time routine has made it so much easier to turn down the worry and relax. I also love that Chel teaches techniques that you can use throughout the day to calm and slow your mind. Cannot recommend this show enough!

Why does she talk at the end???
Her meditations are great but why does she speak at the end??? I tried several meditations and was in a really great state. Especially for the sleep meditations. But was suddenly woken-up at the end with a loud gong followed by her thank you's and marketing requests!!! She should do this stuff at the beginning!!! Also, the music is too loud and competes with her mediations. I give up.

Great, not-weird meditations for beginners
I find a lot of podcasts can be too spiritual for me right now, and they’re also quite lengthy, which for new meditators is often difficult. These podcasts simply feel uplifting, and in time chunks that feel doable every morning. Highly recommend.
