Politics Really?
I have always enjoyed listening to Andy & Flo while learning more Android and Google. But now every new show is turning into more of a political podcast. If I wanted to hear about politics there are plenty of other political podcasts, political social media posts, or news television to hear about this subject. I suggest that you change the description of your show and place it in the political category. This isn’t about my personal views about the left or the right side. This is just simply about politics being on a tech podcast. It seems it is now just a dumping ground of political views.

Lots and lots of rambling
Without fail the first 20 minutes of each episode buries the lead. I just want to hear about cool Google news which is what the show claims it is about. And the hosts are so mortally afraid of anything that is not diverse, or inequitable, or problematic that they can barely stay on topic.

WHAT IS THE DIRECTION OF THIS PODCAST?
The title says it all. What is the direction of this podcast. Is it Google focused? Maybe. Is it Android focused? Nope. Designed focused? Nope. I like each of these podcasters individually but a third podcast host is really needed. When a blurry subject matter comes up Flo is hesitant to say anything bad about Google. Andy is too nice to press her about it. The podcast needs a opinionated third FEMALE cast member. One that isn’t hesitant to go against Google.

Great Google Podcast
Love Flo and Andy. Would like it if they’d go back to 3 hosts like when Russel was still with the show. Would also like chapters.

Waste of time
I’ve been a long time listener, but this show has devolved into nothingness. I hung around mostly because of Andy’s commentary, but Flo’s rambling was just too much of a time sink. I’ll catch Andy on MacBreak Weekly.

Lovely sarcasm
I love the sarcasm Flo brings to every episode. It’s absolutely one of my favorite shows. Sometimes Andy’s stories and “dad jokes” are TOO LONG, but it also adds to the sweetness of the show. 👍🏼

Very fun conversations with a core of tech news
Two experienced tech journalists sharing the news about Google and processing reactions to thorny issues like privacy and ethics. They are clearly great friends and people who think deeply about living in the world. If you love the TWIT network you will probably already know and love Andy and Flo, and the loose conversational style. If you want a short, highly scripted and tightly edited news-only podcast look elsewhere. PS You can listen to Andy on the Boston Public Radio Podcast, Thursday edition. Great public radio show with lots of thoughtful interviews.

An overall great show
Been listening for a long time, and have thoroughly enjoyed your content. I'd give five stars, but today you had a sponsor spot for BAH. I'd recommend that you vet your sponsors a bit more thoroughly in the future.

Downhill
The show has really gone downhill. It started its decline after Yasmine left and sped up even more after Russell also left. Andy and Flo are great, but part of what made Material awesome were the insights brought by people in the software industry (Yasmine and Russell). Now the discussions in the show can go off in random tangents and the overall material (no pun intended) covered in the show isn’t as intriguing as it once was. The show really needs a third host in the Google/Android development world.

Leave and Come Back
I try to keep up to date on this particular podcast, but eventually unsubscribe because I honestly get lost every time in Andy's habit of jumping in with things that have nothing to do with Android. I would give more stars if more great information on Android was provided, and less personal anecdotes unless they honestly have a connection to real practical information.

Stay in Material
Some tech podcasts tend to sound like drawn-out infomercials. However, the Material team always brings a variety of fresh opinions and fun conversations. Their diverse backgrounds (a developer, a writer and a designer) act as a good base for each podcast. Cons: * Google never follows through on Chipotle burritos

Casual and informal Google talk
A great alternative to “This Week in Google.” Casual and light-hearted, informative and insightful. Plus you get Andy Ihnatko, the best of the TWiT hosts! Keep up the great work.

Like the ATP of the Google World
Unlike the jerk who doesn't like Yasmine, I love the dynamic between the the hosts. This show is a great listen for anyone, but particularly awesome for people who love ATP or shows from Relay.FM

Fun Podcast, Great Chemistry between the Hosts
I've come to expect really great content from the Relay network, and Material is no exception. Keep in mind, I'm completely bought into the Apple ecosystem--Mac, iPhone, Watch, Photos, and more--and even /I/ enjoy this podcast, mainly because it's a good way to keep up with everything that's happening on the Google side of the technology world. So far they've covered everything from news and current events, to interesting new Google projects (the Nearby interview was great!), to deeper dives on shall we say... "less popular" projects like Google+. I was already familiar with Andy from MacBreak Weekly and The Ihnatko Almanac, and it's nice to see another outlet for his insights. Russell and Yasmine were new voices to me, and I'm pleased to give them two big thumbs up. The chemistry between the hosts is really great, and it's well worth a listen for Apple fans, Google fans, and everyone in between.

Needs to be recast
Idea is ok. Lots of talking without saying anything. Replace the token girl for sure. Would be best to find someone smart.
