Guest Suggestion: Estas Tonne
Hi, Paul! I know you like music and have a strong spiritual connection to life. There’s a guitarist who plays very impressive songs that can easily take you on a spiritual journey. His name is Estas Tonne. His music helps me to meditate and connect with energy. Every time I watch his videos, it really seems like he’s in complete alignment with his soul and the hearts of everyone in the audience. His music is somewhat etheric. I hope this introduces you to a beautiful opportunity to talk with him. Love, Peace, and Qi, - Zack

Life Changing, Every Week
It is not an exaggeration to say that this podcast consistently educates & informs the growth I want for my life, spiritually, physically, mentally etc. Paul’s energy is visceral, whether he’s lecturing alone or connecting with a guest, and it inspires a great deal of how I intend to connect with people. This podcast is a treasure trove of new experiences and strategies for our collective evolution… I’m grateful every day (and week) for the production of this podcast. To that end, it really changes my life.

Excellent Interviewees (but Interviewer Interrupts!!)
The Content and Interviewees of this Podcast are Phenomenal(!) BUT I’m VERY disturbed by the primary Interviewer (Paul Check) who CONSTANTLY repeatedly interrupts and speaks alongside the Interviewer throughout the entirety of EVERY interview!! He’s aware of it, because his voice is quieter in the background, BUT he ceaselessly “Interrupts” the Interviewees!! Professionally, it’s extremely rude. Some guests even get distracted from what they’re saying. It’s a VERY “BAD Habit”, and I hope Paul seeks helps for this VERY Disturbing quirk!! 😬🤦🏼♀️

The Best of the Best - Paul Check with Ian Morris (x2)
Quite literally I felt like I was eavesdropping on a conversation between longterm friends when I heard Paul and Ian’s first podcast together (#156), so I was even more enthusiastic to hear what would happen when they got back together (#216). The conversation is at once revealing but it’s as if it’s shedding light on something you always knew but thought you might be the only one who knew. Like revisiting an old book and getting parts that were previously overlooked. Paul’s willingness to explore the process of how Ian creates is a brilliant exploration of what I can only describe as a masterpiece. Could this be what it felt like to witness Picasso paint? I can only guess, but I am grateful to have the opportunity. I can’t say enough how blessed I am to have access to such stimulating and inspiring dialogue. Thank you Paul and thank you Ian! I love you both!

Paul is truly a healer in every sense of the word. This podcast explores topics that have a hard time finding exposure and get to the real root cause of a lot of issues in health. I’ve learned so much from his holistic teachings and would highly recommend.

Dear Paul, blessings to you and everyone you have on the show. I always leave with a big smile and hope in my heart after every dialogue. However, you are beating a dead horse with the pandemic rhetoric. I agree with your viewpoints, and you’ve expressed them over the past five episodes; all we ask is, please let it go, and let’s move forward.

Pick and choose episodes
I’ve enjoyed a few episodes and others are deep end wacky. The knowledge base of Paul Chek is diverse and I’d definitely listen to more episodes that are fact based and nutrition/wellness focused. A recommendation would be bringing on some guests that are from different backgrounds, I think there could be some really meaningful conversations that could bridge a lot of differences.

PLEASE SHUT UP PAUL CHEK
Some very intereting guests are invited onto this podcast but Paul Chek doensn't them talk. He is in love with the sound of his own voice and it's incredibly tedious...he is immature, insecure and couldn't be more 3D despite obviously believing himself to be uber evolved.

The cliché “this podcast changed my life” is necessary for me to say because it did that! So much to learn here! Pros: life enriching information, resources and heart opening energies Challenges: best listened to without multitasking. I find myself having to rewind a lot if I’m not fully paying attention to the dialogue! TL;DR Nourishing, life changing and detailed.

An Awakening Full-Spectrum Deep-Dive Source of Love & Wisdom
I am deeply grateful to have come across Paul’s podcast and for all the love, wisdom, and insight he shares. The depth of intention and prayer put into every episode is very palpable. In many ways I feel Paul’s podcast has helped to re-awaken certain aspects of myself that seemingly went dormant or got cast aside over the past couple years. And, I’ve also found that it has really helped to better highlight parts of my shadow and illuminate paths of healing through deep inner-work. I find myself remembering who I am more and more on a daily basis and remembering the importance of loving myself more than ever before, much thanks to Paul and the guests on his show. I highly encourage everyone who wants make this world a better place, starting with themselves, to tune in and listen to what Paul has to share. It just might change your life for the better. Always good information and perspectives. Really enjoyed #178, and so many other episodes! Looking at some of the comments… they are right that Paul talks a lot, sometimes at the expense of his guests. But am I learning valuable info? So long as the answer is yes, I keep listening and don’t waste my energy complaining about it!

The next Televangelist
Although Paul has great insight and has studied several things and a variety of topics he sets himself on a pedestal. It is hard to listen to a man that is oozing with so much ego. I hear from his words on this podcast that while he is teaching his classes he sexually harasses his students by whispering in their ear (episode 8). My husband has even told me that he tells women that they aren’t beautiful or can’t be beautiful unless they follow his plan (not his words but my interpretation of his words). Everyone might have the same thing happen to them but it is how they feel and perceive a situation that makes it personal. In his talks about getting to know God, Paul says that his way is the only correct way to know God. This sounds like a preacher to me. Sorry mother Theresa, you can’t touch Paul when it comes to spiritualism because you found Him through the Catholic Church (not said but implied, episode 172). Why don’t you stop attacking others and what they hold dear. Put your ego aside and get to your topic. Ego is what gets in the way of coming to God. Commandments are religions way of helping people lose their ego to draw closer to God. Just remember commandments=agreements. One of your followers put it this way Paul, “I was shamed into saying a word correctly” his wife came back and said “you mean you were taught how to use the word correctly.” It’s all about perception. We all find God in different ways. Stop attacking other peoples “tribes” especially when you don’t understand them. In short, Paul has a lot of great things to say and teach if you can get through his ego you will totally learn something. I just never could get it, though for my husband’s sake, I can honestly say that I’ve tried.

Mad ravings of a cultish conspiracy crackpot
Chek has always talked over his guests way too much, but it used to be enjoyable fitness and spiritual topics. Now, it’s just his mad ravings about the pandemic and conspiracy delusions. He’s not particularly intelligent and has made up for that in the past by being incredibly well read and ever curious. I hope he wakes up and comes back to reality.

This podcast is life-changing!
I stumbled across this podcast when I heard Paul Chek speak on another podcast. I have never come across a podcast that covers the gamut of topics in such a clear and concise way. The podcasts are long but incredibly rich in content and information that they seem to just whizz by. I listen to this podcast every chance I get, and I am so thankful for the insights and information that Paul imparts. I have been searching for this kind of information for decades but didn’t know where to look until I started to holistically treat a gut issue. Whether or not you agree with Paul’s perspectives, they are incredibly thoughtful, balanced, and well-researched and if for nothing else, teach you how to think. I absolutely love this podcast!

Stop lecturing, start interviewing.
Paul... you’re an interviewer here. Not a lecturer. Paul is so good at monologuing and teaching that he doesn’t let his guests teach. I once times how long Paul would speak uninterrupted and the longest i got was over 14 minutes with no break. His guests reply was “yeah good point” and then pail began talking again. His process is essentially ‘lengthy ramble... do you agree? If not, let me correct you’ it seems to be more of an intelligence flex about how Paul is right than a desire to learn from these people. Paul doesn’t appear to respect his guests because of this. My other complaint. He never brings people on with dissenting opinions. I’d love to hear a debate or at least a heated discussion. Bring Layne norton on. Sometimes Pauls evidence is him just saying “mountains of research” and that is SO lazy and unacceptable when teaching. Finally: anecdote isn’t evidence but it does point up where to go. Paul touts anecdote as evidence and often things that CANT be proven. Spirituality is fine as anecdote but things than CAN be proven true or false are not. I am a student of Paul. I’m nearing my completion of Chek Practitioner 1 but these are some things I find very frustrating about his podcasts. I love Paul and a lot of what he teaches. These are my frustrations with his teachings. edit: episode 99: 1:50:00 Paul doesn’t believe condoms help prevent aids... what?

Impacting limited by Interjecting
Paul seems better suited to be a lecturer/teacher, than an interviewer. Based on the guests, I was excited for some of these interviews; however, I feel that the conversations with guests never really gain momentum becuase too often Paul goes into his own opinions and anecdotes and then ends up asking the guests what amounts to "So what do you think about what I just said?"

The value of the content delved into on this podcast can not be overstated. I thought he was a bit crazy after listening to him on Mind Pump for the first time. But something inside me felt intrigued by what he said. After a few exposure to his interviews. I started to dig into everything the has to say. Everything from why am I have sleep issues, self confidence issue (self love)c to acid reflux and stress, to meditation and more. Needless to say, I still have so much to learn. I am so grateful for Paul Chek, you can feel his loving heart and intention in everything he says and do. Why have guests?
Paul is so impressed with himself that he rarely lets his guests get a word in. Maybe he should take a vow of silence? We might actually get to hear what his guests have to say!

My perspective maybe not reality
I’ve been following Paul ever since I met him in Miami at his seminar. He always inspires me to live a healthier life for sure. I listen to most of his podcasts and may not agree all the time with him and how he interrupts a lot the people he interviews, he sometimes comes off also as if he knows everything and studied everything and he hasn’t gotten anything wrong, but it can be only my perspective and not reality but regardless I still listen cause most of what comes from his podcast I can benefit from.

Absolutely love this podcast! I love how honest Paul is with his guests. Being only 22 years old, I can truly say I’ve learned so much through his teachings and has definitely gave me a different outlook on life. Just to truly enjoy this physical body that were all living out right now. This is my second time listening to you with Tim Welch and Sean O’Malley and that podcast was absolutely awesome! Thanks for taking time out of your day to talk with all of your guests so we as the audience can enjoy these awesome conversations!! Thanks Paul!

Dude, shut the f up
It’s become clear that Paul‘s main objective with this podcast is to have experts on to simply interrupt and tell all of his guests how much more he knows than the expert. Seriously dude, just shut up. If your goal is to have conversations with people, allow an actual Convo… crazy I know 😉

Interesting series of Chek talking
I like this series but... it’s not a traditional podcast. It’s mostly Chek talking to his guests and repeating his accolades at every opportunity. You are the fly on the wall, not the audience. This could be off-putting to some. However, you’ll still get many useful nuggets of great info.

Paul is a voice of ancient wisdom for our modern world!
Paul has a rare ability to get the the HEART of the matter when it comes to conversations and leads his guests with the intuition of a wise Native American elder. I've had the honor and pleasure of having Paul on my podcast, as well as being a guest on his 4D show. I'm proud to be a brother and a friend to the one and only Paul Chek. May his words echo in the halls of iTunes for hundreds of years to come as this timeless wisdom and intellgence will never expire. - Josh Trent, Host of Wellness Force Radio

The Godfather of Health
Paul, this is overdue. After all the wonderful apperances made in 2018 on various podcasts (ex: Aubrey Marcus Ep 128) I was wishing for Paul to create his own show and now the Universe has blessed us with it. If you're slightly interested in health, are a trainer or health professional, and retain a desire to learn with an open mind...this podcast is perfect for you. Paul, please have Shawn Stevenson (The Model Health Show) on on. A meeting between my two greatest teachers in the last 3 years would be amazing. Nonetheless, thank you Paul. Much love.
