Inspiring
Flavia is a superb interviewer. She has very good leading questions, listens to the answers, and follows up with more detailed questions. She also is able to make the interviews seem more like a conversation between friends. Flavia seems genuine in the interest she shows the person she is interviewing. There was no down moments or awkward silences; Flavia has great timing and a natural way of bringing out important details.

Authentic and actionable
I love how authentic Flavia is in this podcast! The guests she brings on and the tips they share are exactly what you need to build your business with more freedom and joy! I loved the episode with Laura Valvasori as she shared about "caring too much" in her day job and how that led her to realize she needed to branch out on her own. I've totally been there before, so it's good to know I'm not alone!

This Type of Creativity & Abundance, Not Early Retirement, is What Most Entrepreneurs Really Want
From the moment I heard Flavia tell her story, I got even more excited about the entrepreneurial journey I'm on. She shares powerful and practical insights that only come from someone who is walking the talk. No over-hyped promises here. This is a great podcast for those of us who want BE ABLE to vacation abundantly when we want, but still enjoy creating and sharing our work with the world.
