Erratic posting and more hard sell
I have looked forward to the Tuesday upload each week for years. Since this summer the posting of new episodes has been sporadic and the latest is hard sell for a very pricey ‘certification’ program. It just feels yucky. I’m a dedicated FFP user but about to tune out of the podcast. What a shame.

Hands down my favorite podcast
I listen to a wide variety of podcasts and this one is hands down my favorite. I never would have guessed that a business podcast would be what my go to when I need to relax, wind down, or find inspiration, but it is! Megan and Michael are perfect complements as hosts. I like the focus on life and work and finding success and balance in both; I find the business content clear, approachable, insightful, heartfelt, and effective; and I love the editing down to the music. The clear connection the hosts draw between bringing one’s best self to work, making time for family, and striving toward excellence as a form of service to a higher power is what gives this podcast an unusual depth and sets it apart. Thank you Michael and Megan for sharing your time and your insights in this way.

The new planners are stuck in the supply chain
Just FYI, I tried to order a planner in one of the new colors and was told it’s delayed until late October. Way past the beginning of Q4. I asked to substitute an in stock color and was told it had shipped but it’s not even at USPS yet. I like the FFP, but this was disappointing customer service. Not sure I’ll order again.

Not just amazing business and productivity advice, but your response to George Floyd situation brought such clarity (and tears). I bought the entire book list Megan suggested. I dealt with dissent and disagreement this week so this podcast is right on time. I still have to have the conversation with my team member so I will definitely use the techniquest taught in this the "How to Handle Dissent and Disagreement in Your Organization" podcast to difuse the situation.

Excellent Leadership Coaching
Just recently, I felt I was missing something in my career. I’m a District Admin in a public school and felt out of touch with how to speak the leadership language to other colleagues and with employees. I demonstrate and act everyday like a true leader but lacked the language component to speak it. This podcast has taught me so much more than I was expecting. Great listen, highly recommend.

Navel gazers
Michael has the potential to drop alot of expertise and knowledge but most episodes are 90% full of navel gazing of what they do at Hyatt and co instead of providing actionable things that can help me and my company. Examples, stories, and personality are needed in podcasts but there’s not much here other than Jim the executive assistant and adopted kids.

Michael is my biggest mentor, and through this podcast he shares with me so much about winning at work and succeeding at life. Allyship at it’s best!
Your 2-part episode on how to build an equitable company was outstanding. The 2 guests had great insights and tangible examples delivered candidly. You can also really feel the host’s commitment to the topic. At no point did it come across as performative, but rather very genuine and thoughtful approaches to a challenging topic. Thank you!

Introductions and interruptions are tough
Excellent sermons! But the intro music and voice of the MC doesn’t match the tone of the sermon, so it feels awkward. Like shocking you out of where Keller is trying to take you. A small change could make a big difference.

Diversity and Inclusiveness
I have been following your work for years now. I had no concrete experience of your commitment to diversity and equity, but intuitively I felt your work came from a deeper place. I listened to an episode of Lead to Win this morning, addressing diversity and it became clearer that you care about a more just world for your fellow humans on this journey together. I thank you and keep doing this work. Grateful. Blessings🙏🏾

content to advertisement ratio too low for my taste
I originally started listening to this podcast based on an interview the host did on another leadership podcast I listen to and the first couple were enjoyable. At this point this cast has fallen to the backburner because I feel like I hear more about the hosts “Products and services” than I do actual content. On top of that the conversation feels extremely scripted and forced rather than fluid an more organic like some of the other podcasts I prefer. Thanks for listening!

Such a good resource
I am devouring this podcast. I run a small nonprofit and this is a very tough time. This podcast is getting me through by offering thoughtful, compassionate, and down-to-earth advice on how to be a better lead. Each episode is based on a very relevant topic. The liner notes are detailed and helpful. I’m taking notes and bought one of the books. One of the things I love most is when the hosts confess their own struggles and fails. Being a leader is lonely and it helps to hear that others deal with — and survive — similar challenges, both internal and external. I can’t recommend it enough.

What you feed grows
I am listening to the emotionally raw podcast "What does this moment require of me as a leader?" and while it is a different podcast as it is addressing a very important matter, uniquely different than the content the podcast normally focuses on, it does really let you see the people behind the podcast. Hey, we are all human. We all have good days and bad days. Sometimes we have a life altering day. All the more reason why this review is from the heart, On the good days, we walk with a pep in our step and we have the world by the tail. But what about those other days? The days we have more questions than answers, the days we don't remember how we got home or the days when we are failing our relationships miserably. That is why I appreciate this podcast. That is also why I particpate in LeaderBooks and use the Full Focus Planner. It's not hype and I am not the band wagon kind of guy. But as a visionary who struggles with connecting with the people I lead sometimes, as an imperfect husband, father, son, leader, employer I use this podcast and the other Michael Hyatt resources to get me in shape. It's a part of my "healthy living" to exercise my heart, mind and soul to really get me to act right, by thinking right. You won't like it all and you won't agree with it all and it will not always fit the way you think it should BUT you will be better, wiser and significantly more effective with these resources. All the best to you fellow listeners and please if you agree with my findings follow my lead...tell others about it. Respectfully submitted, Gary.

Are you single? You don’t exist!
I’ve listened to Michael Hyatt since 2012. I am so sick of hearing advice targeted at people who are married and/or have have kids. Megan in particular is tone deaf to the single women in her audience. In a recent podcast of balancing work and family life she is all “Single ladies listen in cuz this applies to you too.” Guess what? It didn’t. Just because you’re married with 85 kids doesn’t mean your audience is. Half of the adult US population is single. How about focusing on our life balance and our needs?

Life Changing!
I cannot express how much I love this podcast! The team is constantly encouraging while challenging listeners and providing relevant, practical guidance on “how to win at work and succeed at life.” These concepts are not necessarily complex, but they are clearly deep. These ideas and skills are relevant for any level of leadership (even in smaller and/or younger roles like mine), both at work and at home. This is the first podcast I have been excited to listen to, and I now enjoy my 35-minute-ish morning commute! The duration aligning with that commute certainly helps this podcast stand out. I love its conversational and uplifting style; I truly feel like I am sitting in a room with this team as I listen. To Michael Hyatt & Co. - Keep up the amazing work! Thank you for all you do!

Making me a great leader
I stumbled across the Full Focus Planner when looking for a tool to help me stay organized and relieve stress. I was a CFO of a regional firm and struggled with toggling between being a manager and a leader. After utilizing the Full Focus Planner successfully, I researched Michael Hyatt and Company more to see what else they have to offer. I found this podcast, and Michael and Megan Hyatt Miller shape my leadership as I continue to grow. I’m now a Director at a publicly traded global company, and I got here by staying focused on my goals, my leadership style, and my personal development. I’m really winning at work and succeeding at life! I’m so thankful I found this podcast, I listen every week and look forward to new episodes.

I can now "become the change..." (Gandhi)
I am becoming confident in my ability to restart my business in 2020 (returning after a parental caregiving break), because of the Lead to Win podcast, supported by Michael Hyatt's Full Focus Planner. I discovered Michael Hyatt by searching for an analog planner for 2020. The Full Focus Planner and Journal broke open my world and shined a light on my limiting beliefs about what's possible. I've listened to a dozen Lead to Win podcasts, most recently "The Year of Facing Fear," in which Megan Hyatt Miller shares her journey from dread to comfort in public speaking. (Megan not only fills her father's footsteps, they are cast in her own style.) Lead to Win (and the newer Focus on This) are engaging, concise, immediately actionable podcasts that make a difference in running a business in a way that fits each person and achieves each person's definition of success. Thank you!

This podcast will change your life!!
Michael Hyatt and Megan Hyatt Miller’s podcast, Lead to Win, has been a COMPLETE game changer in my life. They have taught me the importance of setting boundaries in my work and home life. I also find myself looking at mistakes or failures differently. Instead of focusing more on my failures I now have a healthy balance of reflection, learning from the mistake, and asking the game changing question, “What opportunity does this provide?” Coming from a mentally abusive home, it has been very challenging to have the confidence I need as an adult. I was trained to think of all the ways I fail myself and everyone around me. Thankfully, God has put people in my life who have shown me just how false this is. Michael and Megan have taken this thinking to the “next level” with the liberating concept of a “limiting belief vs a liberating truth”. WOW. What a difference that makes in your mindset! As an unexpected homeschool mom of two, all of these tools are critically important to our success. I now find myself regularly asking, “How can I take this to the next level?” What an EXCITING thing to ask yourself! Life can be so much more than we naturally think it can. I have been listening to Michael since he had his first podcast. He has taught me SO much about being a leader, a parent and healthy person. I regularly talk to my friends about his and Megan’s advice. I even send them his podcasts on occasion. The other day I encouraged a friend to tell her nervous daughter to trying joining a swim school “as an experiment”, to help ease her initial fears. I can’t say enough about this podcast. Michael and Megan’s advice have completely changed my life. I have made very difficult decisions based off what I have learned. Good decisions I may not have made with my old mindset. THANK YOU, Michael and Megan. I hope you continue this podcast for a very long time!

For the past 4 1/2 years I have been a minister to youth and young adults. Somewhere during that time, I discovered the comfortablility of mediocrity; doing the bare minimumum to get by, survive not thrive, and ultimately become unmotivated and stagnate. This is incredibly disheartening especially when you consider the kind of work I have been called to. Let me clarify that this is not due to a lack of trying and certainly not due to a lack of desire.....simply a lack of practical know how. Michael Hyatt has helped me turn all of this around. His clear and concise guidance alongside his practical wisdom has been a game changer for the ministry. Now I am able to fully engage my God-given gifts to the ministry as I discover the freedom of organization, establishing vision, delegating, and clear communication. Furthermore, I have been able to help others engage their God-given gifts as well. While the majority of this audience is entrepeneurial and business, I am a prime example of how someone in ministry can bennefit from this content. As a great theologian once said, "The glory of God is man fully alive." Michael Hyatt's calling in life has spilt over into my life and has b=given me the ability to become more fully alive. Thank you.

My #1 favorite podcast
My husband and I own a small business together (a gym!) and we lead a team of 18 employees. Lead to Win is our absolute favorite podcast because: • It’s concise. No rambling, useless, small talk or ads that you have to skip through! Just 30 minutes of extremely helpful leadership advice. • It’s immediately actionable and practical. There are certain episodes that I’ve listened to 3 or 4 times because they’re so useful. E.g. How to have tough conversations, How to communicate vision, How to achieve big goals with your spouse... etc. • It’s fun to listen to! I recommend this podcast to anyone and everyone. I’ve learned more about how to be a better leader from Lead to Win than from any other resource... and I listen to a lot of books. This podcast has revolutionized my leadership style by helping me recognize and correct my blind spots. Michael Hyatt and Co: Thank you for creating such amazing content. 🙏

How to stay mentally fit episode
I really enjoyed this particular episode as I find myself in need of more space to think through bigger issues at work. I tried blocking off time at work prior but as with what Michael shared, that hour would get blown off. More that I felt guilty not “working “ and letting coworkers down. My mornings are more my own think time but I will add work think time now as a test.

Your Podcast #079 was an Answer to Pray
I was in difficult situation. In normal job I directly and indirectly supervise about 30 employees. However I did a temporary 3 week assignment and during this time I was being supervised by a much younger and inexperienced supervisor. She was highly controlling and very critical of my work. I listen to this podcast right before my final evaluation with her, and it was exactly what I needed. God answered my (and others) prayers, because I was able to listen without getting defensive. Though I did not agree with everything she said, most everything was constructive feedback. Thank you Michael and Megan for sharing your wisdom. I love listening to your podcasts.

Making things practical!
As a stay at home mom with very young children I often feel like leadership material is just too impractical for my pace of life. Meghan and Micheal are different. They often take into consider that people are sometimes in different seasons of life and give alternative for those who might need them. I finally feel like I’ve found a resource that challenges me in practical ways. How empowering! Thanks guys 💛

Good, but way too many Re-Run episodes
As usual, Michael does a good job at delivering content, and the addition of Megan to the podcast was a good move. However, the high number of Encore/Re-Run episodes is disappointing. I’m still a Michael Hyatt fan, but his podcast has gone from my “Never Miss” list, to just the occasional listen. Personally, I preferred and found much more value his previous podcast “This Is Your Life.” I wish they would have kept those episode archives up.

My Favorite Podcast...I️ Never Miss It
I️ love the podcast, Lead to Win. First off, Michael Hyatt has so much great wisdom to share with his listeners, and so does his daughter, Megan. They have tackled so many great topics that impact everyone’s life, and the content is always well-researched. Every episode has practical tips and takeaways for listeners to then use to improve their own lives. It’s also fun to listen to the banter, and you can tell that everyone involved with this podcast enjoy doing it. It is professionally produced. This is my favorite podcast and the first one I️ recommend to people. I️’ve even listened to some episodes multiple times. Definitely check out this podcast if you haven’t already.

Time Management at it's best!
Michael and his team are the gurus of making the most our of time and our businesses without creating complexity. I've watched Michael grow over the past years, and I love how he takes us on the journey of what is making him better and more efficient. This podcast is the seat next to him where Megan and Michael speak candidly about work, business, personal and personel. Used to be so much better!
I remember when this show added tremendous value. When Michael delivered a quality product. When it wasn't one huge commercial. It's now so stilted with Larry. It's clear Michael doesn't want to invest the time in this anymore. Which is a shame. Plus it's gotten to be a huge commercial for his service. It used to be about adding tremendous value to the listener.

This podcast makes me a winner!
I love the candor between this father-daughter combo. The conversation is well planned, real and direct. I recently purchased their product, Full Focus Planner, and I was impressed. Still in my first quarter of implementation, and having sustained success. The information they provide as coaches, business owners and executives is applicable from the C-Suite as well as the people that support them. I love what I learn with them and excited for more! Drawback, I think it takes away from Megan’s authority when she refers to Michael as “Dad.” Even though these leaders are family, this is no small show. These are capable leaders learning and leading in their own rite. Request: more guests! Love the MH&Co team contributions.

My Daily Inspiration
As a social person doing full time creative work in my own business, I spend a lot of time working on my computer alone. Something for everyone here!
I am so glad I gave this podcast a try before I read the first few reviews! I am a university professor who stumbled on this content and I am finding the podcasts to be thoughtful and thought-provoking. Yes, it’s true that it seems a bit scripted, but that also means someone made the effort to think about what to include (and what to leave out) of each episode. That means this podcast is chock full of useful information backed up with solid evidence. There is also some room for off-script commentary—to me it felt like the perfect balance. I’ve subscribed and will eagerly watch my feed for new episodes!

Thankful for refreshing but meaningful content!
I learned of Michael Hyatt only a year or so ago. Yes, I have been focused in my own world for a couple of decades and also so over committed that there has been ZERO margin. After reading some MH material, digging into FFP, reading a couple of books and refocusing, guess what!!?? I have made adjustments and, while still working hard and focused (probably more than ever) on my business..... I actually “have” time to listen to podcasts here and there. This is currently one of my very favorite. Excellent content that is relevant to me as a husband, dad, Christian, community member and business owner. See.... I ALMOST put business owner first on the list. Well, I did, but I MOVED it. Because I CAN! :)) Thanks for all the insight MH and team!

Michael is a great communicator. He is clear and practical. I like Meghan too. The podcasts are well structured and get to the point while still being conversational. Unsubscribing
I have listened to MH for a long time, but the new format seems to be striving for high production values without the consistent depth of contact to offset the increasingly promenent promotion of MH products. What really put me over the edge though, was Michael's twitter account liking a Trump attack on the media. Donald Trump is the antithesis of what MH has promoted and to see him like one of Trump's anti-media rants regarding the recent bombings is at best very poorly considered, but concerns me that MH does not truly have the underlying character he portrays. I hope this is a momentary lapse that he will correct and explain. I will not support those who publicly support Trumps dishonesty and divisive rhetoric. I would have provided direct message feedback to the twitter account but it does not accept private messages.

Lead To Win: Focused, Useful, and Real Personal Development and Productivity Strategy
Wonderful weekly podcast hosted by Michael Hyatt and Megan Hyatt Miller. The topics covered are consistently well-organized and prepared. Without fail I come away with at least 2 or 3 practical actions to apply after each listen. This “self-help” genre podcast is most certainly not a self-aggrandizement exercise like so many others. Michael and Megan evidence suitable humility as they describe their own life examples illustrating the concepts being covered. Big fan, Long time, etc. So glad when this came back. But it doesnt deliver as all your past podcasts have. Overall it was I felt I was supporting him and all his goals, but he wasn’t supportive of mine. I asked him to listen to this podcast and after dinner that night we were able to have a meaningful conversation and express feelings without being accusing. So thank you for providing this bridge for us.

Taking notes and building action plans!
This is by far the most effective leadership podcast for me, and I was hooked from episode one. The I tend to listen a once, review the transcript for key notes, and then research and apply the lessons learned. There’s simply so much depth to each episode, (you can tell that the Michael and Megan are prolific readers/investigators) it takes me several sessions to unpack it all. Keep up the good work. It’s also so motivating, as a father, to hear a father/daughter exchange like this.

I LOVE THIS PODCAST!
I first learned about Michael Hyatt & Co. when he was interviewed on The Model Health Show with Shawn Stevenson. I was so motivated by the material I learned, that I shared that episode with so many of my friends and family, it is probably one of my top 5 favorite podcasts [not only to listen to personally to remind myself of the content, but also to share with family/friends]. I started listening to the Lead to Win podcast after that, and I look forward to listening to new episodes each week [yes I have gone back and listened to all of them- some even twice!] I really enjoy the topics of conversation, and the dynamic between Michael Hyatt and his daughter Megan Hyatt MIller. I am a Christian but I also share some of the episodes with non-Christian friends and acquaintances, as it is relatable to any person of any faith. I am also a HUGE StrengthsFinder fan, and appreciate the references made to Gallup + the StrengthsFinder Assessment. I would love to hear more episodes about StrengthsFinder and their take on strengths based leadership. Overall, I LOVE THIS PODCAST, and really look forward to listening to it on my morning commute. Thank you for bringing such excellent content that is relatable and easy to apply to every day life. You have helped by giving me information and knowledge to win at work and succeed in life =D Thank you, and I am sorry this review has not been written sooner! It truly is worth 5 stars! Excellence and actionable every time
I have been following Michael Hyatt for about 6-7 years. The growth I have experienced as a result of the wisdom, perspective and insight has benefited me tremendously. I have just recently moved into a new leadership role and without a doubt, the virtual mentorship provided me via this Podcast (and it’s previous version, This Is Your Life) and more recently via the LeaderBox solution, has prepared me and allowed me to step into this role. The production excellence of this new podcast from Mr. Hyatt and his daughter is only matched by the actionable content within. Thanks to Michael Hyatt and Company team for this continued mentorship and the level of excellence by which you share your wisdom and experience. Very grateful!

Outstanding content; real examples of great leaders
Lead to Win makes its greatness with its content. I appreciate the relevant and informative discussions about seemingly innocuous topics. I’ve tried and tested many and attest to the change for the better they provide. Importantly, I appreciate Michael Hyatt & Co. for making a concerted effort to show how living by high moral standards can make someone a great leader. The high moral standards seem ever more absent in the world—which makes this podcast ever more important for leaders.

Great podcast - question about executive assistant
Episode #23 How do I learn about how to be an executive position? I love this podcast. It along with Donald Miller’s stuff has totally helped me focus. It has also really built my leadership/team skills. They are pleasant to listen to, and easily practical every episode. This episode made me question what tools and resources I can use to become best as an executive assistant? Also, what are tips that an assistant can use to create an ideal week, when it seems like the week is dictated by those who you’re serving. Additionally, the episode about successful goal making with your spouse was so encouraging to me and my husband. The Full Focus Planner and the Best Year Ever book have enabled us to see and communicate our desires and plans. Love it! Thanks for creating and sharing, Erin Ferguson Wilmore, Kentucky

A bit too salesy
I love MH but this just seems like a clever little sales tactic to remind me to “subtly” buy full focus planner/journal etc. it’s like a long drawn out & unauthentic process to say the same thing over and over again. New content /ideas that have nothing to do with full focus would be a more effective sales tactic in my book. Offer me some new value/ ideas other than to write things down and have a hybrid system to keep my calendar. Still love you though MH

I LOVE this podcast!
I LOVE this podcast! It has great content, which would be enough for me, but in addition there is a little extra that goes into the editing. It is truly a remarkable podcast with sound effects, insights from other experts, and the camaraderie of the hosts. I listen to each episode again and again. Thank you, thank you, thank you for making such a great product!

Pushing Thought Forward
This podcast dives into topics in a way that is refreshing, non-pretentious, and backed by unforgetable research and stories. It comes from individuals who understand what limiting beliefs can be; dangerous. If you need time away from Ferriss or Ziglar, Lead to Win is more than a fantastic middle. It is becoming a replacement. Least one-sided podcast to strengthen leadership, feel realized self-improvement, and take control of circumstances. A podcast like this is inspiring and critical in today's changing (changeable) world. Thank you, MH & CO.

Excellent Leadership resource!
I have been a fan of Michael’s podcasts for a couple years now and I keep coming back for more! Our company uses the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People as the basis for our training and culture and Michael’s topics always fall right in line with that theme. Thank you so much for being one of my number one resources for leadership development! P.S. I love the addition of Megan to the reimagined podcast. As a woman in leadership, it’s great to hear a female perspective on some real world topics.

Powerful Resource for Leadership Growth!
I love this podcast. First and foremost, IT IS NOT A WASTE OF TIME! This is a very succinct, follow the outline type of podcast. I love that because my time is limited and I’m not interested in listening to people sit around a microphone and chat about life. I find myself scrambling to keep up on taking notes because the great material just keeps coming! This is an incredible tool for any leader, from any background, to have in their tool box!

If you’re looking for a great podcast for leadership, goal-setting and career development- this is the BEST! It’s even great just for life and personal development. I definitely consider Michael Hyatt to be a virtual mentor. His daughter, Meg, is on this podcast as well and I love hearing her perspective, especially as a woman in leadership. I liked the first podcast. I loved the second podcast with Michelle Cushatt co-host. So you have to understand I was completely skeptical when I first started listening... For about five minutes. Then I was hooked. If you want to make a difference in the world you will be hooked too.

I’ve been impatiently waiting for the new podcast and I can now say that it was worth the wait. I love that they kept the checklist style of delivering information because it is so easy to implement ideas presented in this way. The new podcast has all of the elements I loved in the previous version with many excellent additions. For anyone wanting to become a better leader - or just a better person- this podcast is for you.

The new format is amazing. Each episode is enjoyable to listen to and packed with vital information for self improvement and stronger leadership skills. I had listened to Michael's previous podcast but this one actually encouraged me to visit his website, learn more about Michael Hyatt & Company, and also purchase a year of planners. I can't wait to get my hands on those in January. Thanks for creating such a great resource!

Bring Back This is Your Life!
Lead to Win is a good podcast. This is Your Life was a great podcast. On the plus side, I like the topics that are discussed and the hosts have an interesting point of view. What I don't like is how scripted the show is. Unlike This is Your Life, where the hosts seemed to speak more from the heart, you can tell the hosts of Lead to Win are often reading from a script. I also don't like the weird sound effects that play at the start of the show. It just sounds like noise over Michael's voice.

Terrible new format
I was an avid listener of This is Your Life for many years (before and during the interview style) and loved every episode. i learned so much but this new podcast is a great disappointment. It feels choppy and jammed with almost too much information. It jumps from one conversion to another and then to an ad with little warning. It doesn’t flow nicely and feels like a 30 minute long sales pitch. It feels like Michael sold out.

Where did authentic Michael go?
I have long admired Michael Hyatt, and listened to the podcasts for years as they evolved from Michael alone to partnering with Michelle and Stu. But now, the podcast feels overproduced and distant —trying to be NPR and sounding very scripted rather the conversational. For the rookie business person, perhaps the content is fine and useful, but I really miss that personal touch Michael used to bring that helped us at all levels of leadership. I know I’m in the minority, but hope the next batch of podcasts brings back Michael the mentor, not Michael the marketer.

He’s 2 for 2!
Only 3 episodes in and I think it’s safe to say that it’s going to be just as, if not more successful than the “This Is Your Life” Show, which is still available, relevant, and loaded with great content! This is continuing education & coaching for ANYONE, no matter what stage of life/business they are in. From High School, College, Grad School, and beyond to Entrepreneurs, Business Owners, Managers, Execs, and leaders. The category who I feel can truly benefit the most are those who have all the growth potential within the company they work at. The “regular employee”. The staff member, rep, laborer, team member, road staffer, warehouse worker, maintenance worker. If you are this type of person and you have a desire to grow within your place of employment or industry; this is the building blocks that will guarantee and insanely strong foundation. Solid advice, intentional concepts, and dedicated presenters. Don’t miss out on this, it’s the cheapest 5-Star education you can get!

I loved “This is Your Life” by Michael Hyatt more than almost any thing else he did, and I really missed it when it went on hiatus. I thought “Does it really need to be revamped and upgraded? Great Show Michael
I have been following Michael when I asked up on markdown, Scrivener and a few other leadership aspects. Never listened his earlier podcast, this is the first time and a brand new show. So, excited about the show. Now the main points: 1. Along with a given touch, there are variable stories, suggestions and tools that can make you think, work and act like a true leader. 2. Contemporary examples from real life, which is more appropriate and useful to implement. One point to think about which isn't covered in the first episode is regarding, the self awareness about the impact on the staff and stakeholders. But it's a minor thing and the show is still a great value for investing my time.

The relaunch doesn't disappoint!
Being a big fan of Michael's original podcast This Is Your Life, I've been anxiously awaiting this new re-boot for over a year. At first I was a little concerned since the new branding is focused primarily on leadership, and since I'm not a CEO or high level executive I wondered how this new content might help me. I must say the first episode was very well produced and gave me plenty of valuable food for thought. I'm really looking forward to seeing or in this case "hearing" what comes next with the Lead To Win podcast.

The “SERIAL” of Leadership Podcasts
I’ve listened, read, and watched Michael Hyatt for a few years now. So I was thrilled to hear his announcement of this podcast! I’ve missed his voice and perspective on different leadership topics. Within a few minutes, I knew this project was different than anything he’s ever done. This sounded like it was produced by NPR or This American Life — I was blown away. The podcast market is inflated with simple business interview or profile shows these days. So do yourself a favor, and step above the noise with this new podcast by Michael Hyatt. Seriously, I can’t wait to hear the rest of this season!

COULD THIS BE TRUE?
Yesterday, of all days, I went for my usual Monday run, listening to a 2014 (Michael Hyatt) This Is Your Life podcast, wishing he would place fresh leadership content out in podcast form, as EVERY Monday for two in a half years, (yes I was a late bloomer to the Hyatt party) I looked forward to my “Monday run Hyatt fun” mornings. When I woke up this AM, I saw his story regarding his fresh podcast and thought: “could this be true?!?” I subscribed to Lead To Win instantly. Listen, if you’re just now joining in, ‘better late than never’ is the most overused expression of all time, BUT it so true regarding Hyatt’s coaching and leadership teaching. His words are, despite age or career choices, full of encouragement, wisdom, and truth. He gets to the point, yet tells quick, vivid stories that make his words come to life and points applicable to your personal and/or professional life. I’ve tweeted this before and I’ll say it again: Michael Hyatt is basically my digital dad. (that’s a pretty big honor because my real father was the absolute best😘) All that to say, what are you waiting for? Subscribe now to Lead To Win & get ready for it to the highlight of your week, every week!

- Subtract for Success: The Art of Doing More with Less | Leidy KlotzWe live in a society of "more is better". The argument goes that a big business is obviously better than a small one. But, is that actually true? What if you could actually achieve more with less? On this episode, Joel Miller speaks with Leidy Klotz about his book, Subtract: The Untapped Science of Less. Leidy shares the subtle yet powerful biological and psychological reasons behind our 'addition bias' and how we can recalibrate our mindsets to view subtraction as an equally valid – and often better – choice. The conversation culminates in Leidy's description of the 'meeting doomsday' tactic - a powerful strategy that could free up hours on your calendar every week. In this episode, you'll learn: How subtraction can often be more beneficial than addition, especially in small business environments. The need to shift from the common assumption that more is always better, and how to build processes that incorporate subtraction as a strategic choice. - The Small Business Owner's Guide to Marketing and PublicityEntrepreneurs tend to be product people. If you can become aware of your habits, then you'll be able to evaluate the ones that are serving you, the ones that are hurting you, and the ones that you should pick up. In this episode, Michael Hyatt and Megan Hyatt Miller discuss the habits that they're currently working on.
