The podcast to listen to!
If you wanna feel like you’re having a conversation with your friends about their mental health, this is the podcast. I feel like when I listen to the podcast I am not only supporting someone’s story but they’re also confirming mine. I feel heard, without telling my story. It’s a feel good, fun time. A lot of laughing and a lot of love!!! Worth a listen!!

Errybody, listen up!
Joel brings to light the importance of mental health from the perspectives of so many different people. He shows that mental health isn’t just sitting on a therapist couch saying how you feel! He shows that people of all walks of life have varying experiences with mental health in different capacities. He opens the door for conversation and deep thought.
