Totally Mesmorizing !!
Not my usual genre of TV shows but had nothing going for it but Mr MC Hall , who I saw in Cabaret on and feel in love with the Actor, singer… YES Dexter has an amazing voice and staure on state… well really the old Studio 54 where I used to dance next to Liza and Diana etc but amazing in that production. Now how could he top " Six Feet Under"??? This show is 100 times BETTER and I always go for STORY FIRST!! So JEFF Lindsey who wrote the books is the main man I thank and always thank the original story writer, no matter what medium it is! But then the Production team from Actors, producers and the directors hand picked beautiful shots if Miami( I did live & worked as a Pharmacist in Miami) but many shots are I think Ft Lauderdale and elsewhere Beautiful locations they picked to shoot and notice, that Dextors windows are always opened at his house… that's one part of Florida that would rarely happen because it's 25/7 air conditioned or else you walk into your home and everything is DAMP from the humidity. … so it may look good for filming but not the way it is. I spent most if July and just finishing season 6. … all great actors and this is Mr Hall's piece de resistancé! For sure!! Cheers and I'll try and make it to this convention!! TC (NYC )

Means monumental frustration with Showtime and iTunes for not making episodes available for purchase. Where can a fan watch season five without the financial ball and chain that IS premium cable packages the include Showtime.

I Don't Watch Much TV at All......
But when it comes to Dexter I find myself unable to resist. My wife watches enough TV for the both of us. I missed season 1 but not a moment of season 2,3,4 or 5. I only wish all the characters & behind the scenes folks could clone themselves so they could get episodes in the can & on the air twice as fast. TV is such a vast wasteland, we really needed Dexter to change that! Thank God Michael is beating cancer & is able to continue working & entertaining. I only wish my other favorite show, Spartacus, beats the nemesis cancer & continues in the direction it was intended to go in. The very best to both actors & everyone else battling cancer!! God Bless!!!!

Wow! Great show. Dexter works for the Miami PD as a blood spatter expert and in his spare time is a serial killer. Interesting because his two lives are often on a collision course w each other . Would love to see him catch himself haha.

Missing podcast
The same thing happened w/ Falco's new Showtime series, which makes me suspect a conspiracy. The first episode was advertised as free, but the download would NOT take place. If Showtime is against giving episodes away for free, that's fully understandable, but they should not list non-free episodes as free.

This show is amazing in all aspects and I am dissapointed that iTunes does not have the next season available for download as each episode is released. Dexter cures evil and bad tv
I have been so dissapointed with tv as of late and not until Six Feet Under has a show come along that is so engrossing, so well written and performed by all the actors. Funny that Michael C. Hall happens to be in my two most favorite shows, but then maybe it isn't funny at all. Let us also not forget the incredible soundtrack. I listen to it ALL-THE-TIME. It provides a little filler in between shows. I am addicted. The podcast helps ease the pain as well...... a little. Cheers Showtime... you have a gem on your hands.

Extremely clever storyline - a completely worthwhile new twist to crime shows.
As far as TV shows go, this one tops the list. What a great new spin. I wouldn't mind having a few serial killers who take out the bad trash. Why not make lemonade out of lemons. There are only a few shows worthy of watching these days. I have 300 channels of garabage. I am tired of reality TV, I watch TV to escape reality. Normally, I am a big fan of comedy, but this suspensful whodunnit drama is a refreshing breath of air. I haven't seen a storyline this clever in many years. This is a show I make time to stop and watch. There are so few of those these days. I am sure iTunes will be offering it seasonally once Showtime gets there first run of sales via DVD. It is all about the $$$. A must see, it might not be for everyone, but at least take a stab at it!!

Dexter is the only show/drama to come out this decade worth really tuning in on a weekly basis for. In the age of a reality based tv engine it is nice that something has come out that i can grab on to and not want to strangle. Michael C. Hall is probobly as dynamic an actor as you could dream up. I look forward to hopefully being able to watch him do some great stuff on the big screen. Itunes needs to replace all the pop culture crap with some good concrete television, that would be "Dexter".

Dexter is a great show top to bottom the story is awesome, the acting isn't the greatest with some of the supporting cast but the idea of the show is very addictive. They have made a "bad guy character" into a hero. Just like in the last episode where everyone is finally cheering for him and see him for who he is. GO DEXTER!!!

Great interviews and insights on the show. Itunes can't carry every show plus the first season isn't even over so I don't understand why people give it a single star for that reason alone. I just thought these podcasts were supposed to be supplements to the series. I find them really entertaining.
