Positivity Oozes from this podcast
I have been listening to this podcast for a few months now. I am even going back and picking up old episodes. This is the kind of leadership I want in my life. I am a grandmother and i want to show the grandkids that little things matter and how to be an influence on others. I talk with my spouse about the truths I hear here and we compare notes. The examples Craig gives really hit home and his advice is easy to follow. What a gift this guy has.

Foundational direction and inspiration

As a member of the Life.Church family (go Team LC!), I was led to this podcast where Pastor Craig expands on some of his messages from a leadership perspective. Thirst for the tried and true.
Craig is my local pastor, I love this home. I’ve been fed and lead in so many times where I was certain I wouldn’t see the morning. I have a huge story(often I’m thankful for it often I’m not), that many of those who also follow Craig, guided me home every time the dark tried to shut out the light. I started listening to this podcast when one of the leaders of True North Ministries, James, talked me into listening in. I’ve been thirsty for the tried and true road from those who are lead and gifted to guide the rest of us into becoming a better person and leader. I’ve found rescue here. I’ve been given a wonderful opportunity at feeling fathered by good men and mothered by incredible women when I didn’t and still don’t have that in my personal life. Thank you for taking the time to truly lead. Means the world to me to have access to this teaching!

I likePodcasts and I listen to the most famous ones including Lewis Howes, Tim Ferriss, Huberman Lab, etc. respect for those people, but none of them can come close to what Craig Groeschel has done. I did not know of him prior to finding his podcast. But he is a master of leadership. Absolutely the kind of person I would like to work for. His podcast are short, concise, and focused on being helpful. Well done everyone. Leading with integrity and so many other lessons have been learned.

Always great insight and takeaways. I liken it to a great sermon. Pastors lead you to take an honest look at your weaknesses (sin) and then reminds you that God, through Jesus, has a way to fix it and forgive it. Thank you for what your organization does
A co-worker turned me towards Craig Groeschel and his podcasts. I began to explore these last summer but I wasn’t emotionally mature enough to really retain the content and take it seriously. I’ve never met Craig but have listened to him speak for almost 20 years as a member of Life Church. I tried respect his privacy and time but always felt like I could learn a tremendous amount from him as a personal mentor. My instinct was correct. His seasoned leadership experience is incredible. This podcast is great for anyone but extremely helpful for any type of leader, including parents. Craig touches on so many important topics and even peels back layers of psychology and spirituality that play into our ability to be the best versions of ourselves. This podcast added value into my life. I recommend it.

I listen to Craig‘s podcast while working out in the morning. His direct, to the point, drill sergeant way of delivering his message pairs well with exercise, although I am constantly having to interrupt my work out to take notes on my phone! There’s no filler here: each episode, and it seems like each word of each episode, is chosen intentionally to have the maximum impact. I can always count on walking away with some fresh insight or inspiration to add to my life or work. Thank you Craig and Team for the work you’re doing!

Unleashing my inner leader
Being a leader in the military is tricky, you see so many different types of leaders and really can be hard to figure out what kind of leader you want to be and when I got into a leadership position I felt like I was in a “fake it till you make it” mode. Listening to Craig talk both here about leadership and at church about god has helped me grow into a leader I know I am and the kind of leader I want to be in both the army and my wife and I’s business! (PS if Craig or the right people reads this we’d love if a life church sprouted up in northern IL!)

Every episode I have listened to I have gotten nuggets of info that have enabled my leadership, however Episode 103 with Mike Todd was phenomenal. I listened to it back to back and I cannot extrapolate all the millions of nuggets that are in this episode. PC, please have Mike Todd back in this show. In addition it was amazing to see PC allow his leadership to take a backseat to Mike Todd. I learned so much from both of these gentlemen. Thank you for feeding us these nuggets.

Like a mini MBA course in leadership
Very key insights across many common leadership challenges. Craig gives spiritual content without being preachy and all information is relevant to my secular career. Most impactful has been my way of looking at life, both at work and outside, is changing and I’m seeing these principles come alive all around me. I’ve listened to all and now want to go back and study each podcast to make better application of the material. Thank you Craig for sharing this wisdom! Update- May 2021 Used to listen on way to work until COVID made work from home necessary. Resumed work and found a backlog of great ideas and new material. Honestly gets better every month and at least one golden nugget of wisdom I can use each podcast. A great ministry of excellence in a world sadly lacking these examples.

Making my thinking better
Craig Groeschel is amazing. Plus, I get to hear from a man that has to be one of the most transparent people on planet earth. I have never listened to a guy that lets me know that he is just like me. He has had struggles. He has had and still has challenges. I am so thankful that Church of the Highlands made me aware of Craig and that this man gives so much practical information. Also, I can take things that he says and break them down into “nuggets” of teaching that I can share with others. Finally, I always feel encouraged, when I listen to him speak. I never feel that he is speaking down to me. I feel like I am on the same team. I do have his new book. I am digesting it “slowly.” I don’t want to rush through it and say, “that was nice.” I want to say, “With God’s help, that brought change.”

Powerful and very useful content
As a newly, re-devoted Christian, I have found the teaching and information Pastor Craig shares, to be incredibly on point. It’s logical, relatable, and is delivered in a manner that is easy to understand, accept and apply to my life. Absolutely love it! I am an 18 year old girl going to college and this past month I have been lacking motivation to do anything after I lost my job. I woke up today thinking I need to change my habits in order to get somewhere in life. End of the world
I met Craig Groeschel once at a book signing event, the line was packed and I ended up about 12 inches from his face (pre-COVID). Looking into his eyes was like seeing the end of the world. He paid me a nice compliment on the neatness of my attire, and then shifted the laser beams to the person behind me, I scurried away...glad to have come so close to this incredibly disciplined, organized, and physically shredded phenomenon and survived with a sense of self value. This guy is rad, albeit so disciplined it can cause one to have self worth issues if foolish enough to compare habits. Truly an honor to have met him, never miss a podcast, I’m 99% sure this guy is human. Amazing.

I go to Life Church, Pastor Craig is a great communicator. His sermons are fantastic and applicable. His leadership teaching is the same. All of his teachings feel like things that can be put into action immediately to make myself better today!! I always look forward to listening.

Awesome Podcast!
This is one of the best podcast for anyone wanting to become a better leader. I listen to the John Maxwell podcast and this podcast was recommended so I gave it a listen, and I am so glad that I did. Craig has a way to deliver content that sticks and you get excited to get to work so you can try it out. My only negative feedback is that new podcast come out monthly, but if you listen to Craig you will understand that he lives a very busy and disciplined life.

Becoming a leader people love to follow
I heard this live in 2018 at GLS, I've watched it again through GLS next app, and listened to it again today and every time I get so inspired! Without fail I get tears in my eyes as Craig is SO SPOT ON on what a leader should be. While I find every talk that Craig gives inspiring, both in his podcasts and sermons at Lifechurch, this one very well may be at the top of the list.
