Love the podcast! I was one of the people on Sheena’s cemetery tour. When she threw out the podcast I had to go and subscribe immediately. I was able to binge all of the episodes within a few days. I love the connection between the 3 of them as I feel like I am there listening to my friends talk about history and true crime. I am also an Ole Miss alumni so Hotty Toddy ladies and keep up the great work!

Has Potential, Unclear Purpose
I’ve enjoyed portions of this podcast (Red Lady, the animals) and even learned some things (Arthur Crudup & ‘That’s All Right Mama’), but I’m still not sure what the show is about and I’m not sure the hosts are either. It feels like each host wants the show to be something different. Despite the name, imagery, and intro music, this podcast has little to do with cemeteries. If an individual’s grave is mentioned, it’s often in passing at the end of a story, and sometimes a specific cemetery is not even named. At best, it is a collection of three stories adhering to a theme and told in the style of “My Favorite Murder.” Unfortunately, the hosts often get far off track from the story at hand, and reminisce about college professors or other esoteric topics. There seems to be a worthwhile podcast here—a diamond in the rough—but more editing, structure, and a clearer sense of purpose are needed.

Love this Podcast
I love the chemistry between Sheena, Lori, and Hannah. I was shamelessly solicited by Hannah and am so glad she let me know this was going down! It sparked several tangents of conversation, and I hope to hear one or two of them covered. And if not, I don’t really care because their topics/themes are AWESOME! Talk about heart! These three are dedicated to preserving dignity for these victims and calling out the predators for who they really are!

Excited About This Podcast!
I make a point to never listen to the first episodes of podcasts that I love because it's usually too painful to sit through. I am thrilled to announce that this was NOT the case for the pilot episode of Cemetery Row! If the pilot is any indication, I think we can expect great things from this show. Bound by their friendship, love of all things spooky, and backgrounds in journalism, the hosts treat the subject matter with a perfect mix of curiosity and reverence. Bring on more episodes!

Based off the first episode
The pilot episode has good energy and some really interesting origin stories for how each of the ladies got interested in the world of true crime, cemeteries, and spookiness. I’m looking forward to hearing their views on many more subjects!
