Helpful
I like this podcast. It covers some serious topics that come up in a marriage, but in a positive & helpful way. Different story lines from shows or movies are given as examples for scenarios she is trying to connect with her advice.

I miss the old content
I’m pretty bummed that you took down all your dieting content. I found your podcast and really fell in love with all the advice. I understand that you are trying to rebrand and exploring different avenues but can you at least make the old content available?

What happened to yo-yo dieting?
Why are all the episodes from the breaking up with yo-yo dieting podcast gone? That is the podcast I subscribe to and loved. If you wanted to stop making them that’s fine, but at least leave them up instead of deleting them all and starting on a new topic that I’m not interested in. Your old podcast really helped me and now it’s all gone.

My new gal pal who gets it. I’m not alone!
Calling all humans with weird food issues: We are so, so, so not alone. Amber speaks on how she lives in the delicate space between consciousness and obsession, making for a healthy guide who helps ground me in my world of recovery from disordered eating. I love listening to Amber — especially because she’s one humble, hardworking chick. I listen all the time and feel support from her and myself when I do. In short: Totally rad. Keep it up, Amber. You inspire me. -Jess

Motivational!!
Amber I love your podcasts! I listen every day on my lunch hour while walking on the treadmill! There is ALWAYS a takeaway! I’m always inspired! I was a Certified Personal Trainer at one time and managed a weight loss program at the gym I worked at. Coached hundreds into losing over 3000 pounds! So I’ve heard it all, said it all! I wasn’t looking for the usual pep talks and I found you! I’d lost over 100 pounds to only find myself 30 pounds away from my highest weight! Can’t go there again and this time I’m focused on thought life! Changing the way we think and feel about ourselves is the only way to get off the rollercoaster! We have to keep ourselves motivated and lean on others most times to inspire! Thank you!

Exceed that goal! Thank you Amber for the amazing motivation, you rock!

I’m finally not alone!!!!
This podcast has been a completely positive and beautiful change for my life. I’ve struggled with binge eating for what seems like MY ENTIRE LIFE. I’ve struggled with yo-yo dieting and trying to find what works best for me as a busy college student. It has been a complete struggle to be in high school and college and constantly go through weight gain and loss while I’ve had friends and peers who maintain what seem like “perfect” bodies through out their teens and early 20s. This has been an internal struggle for me and I felt so alone through it for years. I hid from my reflection in the mirror, I wore huge clothing to hide my body and the weight that I would gain in short periods of time due to seasons of binge eating between “dieting”. I couldn’t find a way to break through until I found this podcast. Listening to Amber speak through her podcast has given me my confidence back, it’s made me realize I’m not alone and it’s helped me to find my balance to get a body that I love. It’s made me excited to be the best version of myself. I am so grateful for this podcast and Amber.

Thank you-from the bottom of my heart.
Amber, I have been a yo-yo dieter for 20 years. Currently I am binge listening to all your episodes. Dieting is hard. You hear so much conflicting information on how to lose weight and what is best. It is SO confusing. I have tried so many things- and I am still struggling but the past few weeks of listening to your show is truly helping. For the first time ever I think I can do it. It makes sense. I feel supported. Thank you! I do have one question though. When you have a lot to lose (80lbs is my goal) How to you keep within your calorie count and still get the recommended amount of protein/carbs/fat without going over. I use my fitness pal which has set me on a 1450 cal a day, but (for example) if the recommendation is to eat .8g of protein in body weight , I would end up WAY over.

Someone finally GETS me!
I started following Amber on Facebook, and was thrilled when she told me that she would be launching a podcast. Today I listened to Jennifer Ostrowski, and I'm sitting here weeping...not from sadness, but tears of JOY that somebody finally understands! I've been listening to podcasts for years, produced by dozens of people, and I can truly say that this one interview alone has got to be in the top 5 most impactful for me. Make sure you scroll through, find it and listen to it, ESPECIALLY if you are a woman over 40. I'm so proud of Amber and what is is producing. Subscribe to this one!
