Astrology Airheads are awesome!
I love Astrology Airheads! So relatable, they try to keep it very simple without complicating the information. Not all of us are experts and some podcasts discuss astrology with such advanced topics, AA is so good at breaking things down. They are fun and easy-going, with creative ways of discussing astrology!

Since Leo rules the heart, I recorded a guided meditation to open and heal the heart chakra. We've all been going through a lot of heavy energy, and the changes that we've all been going through can be confusing. So if you've been feeling stuck or down, I'm hoping this meditation will provide a moment to breathe and be still for a moment. I've been leading meditation groups for about 10 years now, and hope to record more sessions in the future. If anything perhaps my voice will just lull you to sleep and you'll get a nice nap.
