I have no idea how to get enough protein for my body weight every day, any suggestions

DK, larussa, 63 from Instagram ass. I have no idea how to eat. Consume points 5.75 grams of protein, per pound of my body weight in protein everyday. I didn't even come close to that amount suggested for my weight is 75 to 125 grams. What to eat after reading that. I don't eat much anyway, so this will be an effort, all right? Yes, I've broken it down for you and I'll even explain what protein is in why you want it. So stay with me, I'll be right back.
Okay, so one of the questions I could ask probably most often finds, you know, what do you eat is? How much protein do I need? And protein protein needs. If you are going through a very stressful that if you are stealing from a surgery or an illness, you are going to need more protein at the very least. What I tell people is a half gram per pound of body weight a day to me, that's the least but if you got more stress if you're feeling, I push that up to 3/4 the gram per pound of body weight a day. So I divide that over to District meal or three meals and if you're like, when my son was in the hospital, 13 fractures healing from a massive traumatic brain injury, we had him up at the gram per pound of body weight. Probably in the range of a half-gram to 3/4 grams per pound of body weight. That's an easy way to look at it. Do you want to get really scientific that actually have? You do your body fat and I do it based on that but you know, most of us aren't looking at that and this gives you a pretty good Target to go hit. So what is that look like? So I'm assuming that your weight is about a hundred and fifty pounds or closed and you were looking at getting and let's say you're looking at getting a hundred grams of protein a day. Well, let's look at that. In the morning, I take my smoothie mixer to use one of my paleo inspired mixes and one of my plant. I mix them together. That gets me probably 22 grams of protein right there. Then if you add in anything else, like I add in some nut milk, and maybe I'll add in some freshly ground flaxseed meal, you'll get a shake that's going to be somewhere in the 25.
Probably more like 30 G protein morning strong. You want to have protein meal protein and fiber is but it's all my satiety trisect. I have it both The Virgin Diet and the Sugar Act Like. If you look at most of the programs that are designed to help you burn fat, I lose weight. They use protein because it's so much more space shating and metabolic, so, or more sermon. So what that means is protein supposed to have stomach emptying, it helps you feel better and take more than metabolized. So that's the first reason we like to think so much. Now the reason we have found that reduces inflammation with all these are expensive macronutrients. You must have protein. You must have thought you must have water. You can live without car by the way. I think of fiber is another key macronutrient especially for any kind of weight loss. Detox vacation. She'll pass right? It's super key. So that's going to trigger some tidy signal.
Brain from your small intestine to tell you that you're and then fiber from Lowe's are non-starchy vegetables, a little bit of slow. Low carb is also going to help stabilize your blood sugar, right? So, all of these things work together and slow down stomach empty, so I love to start with getting making sure you getting protein in the morning, super important. So, let's say you have a protein smoothie and you're getting somewhere in the 25 to 30 grams of protein. Can someone with a kind of approaching boost in it along with my smoothie powder, then we'll stay for lunch. You have a salad, maybe you have a salad with lots of green cucumbers, you have chicken breast, you have little garbanzo bean shoe, store on Walnut right there. Like, with that power house salad. And then for dinner, you have some salmon, wild salmon. So, 6 pounds, is that brussel sprouts?
And wild rice, wild rice two cups of roasted brussel sprouts, 35-40 right there. So right there, we got you a hundred and ten grams of protein. So I think it's actually easier than you realize that she winners. Of course, for protein, the most from is going to be your protein smoothies. Make sure if you're not using my protein powder for spell, use my protein powder, it's the best tasting. I swear everybody or plant-based or paleo, make sure that you don't load it with a ton of carb doesn't have added sugar, right? Cuz you really wanted to be clean protein that you could use every day of your body wouldn't develop in a tolerance to sew protein powder and then Pastor chicken test report, grass-fed beef, grass-fed lamb, wild fish and shellfish. Those are the EZ. Those are the big hit the protein, and then you'll get some more from Beans.
And not and lentils and quinoa on wild races, but that's going to be way less and generally, any of those bikes beans, wild rice and quinoa organism and its not to be the same as what you do when you get the cleaner, leaner, protein sources, all right?
