Fix the audio please
Love this pod but there are audio issues almost every week. Does Dc not know how to use a mic or is it shoddy equipment?

Awesome Pod!
Daniel Cormier and Ryan Clark are two of my favorite people to hear chop it up on MMA! What’s up with the audio quality though fellas? Those boys in Bristol need to get you some finer mics!

This show… is not good
I could name 10 combat podcasts that run laps around this one… it’s clear ESPN tried to fill the gap after Helwani left. This show is a hard pass… RC is frankly, not good
Really unhappy bored player

Great hosts - bad equipment
Love and respect both of y’all so much. I hope this show and the UFC continues to grow. The UFC has tons of money, so I know they can afford better mics and equipment for y’all. I’m tapping out of whatever Walmart great value brand headsets they are using. I am tapping in to the rest of the show.

RC is now great in my book
Late to the UFC game and only caught the end of DC career. Glad to now get him on the broadcast side. Had no idea who Ryan Clark was a month ago, but when he put Clubber Lang and Ivan Drago on the list of top knockout artists, I was in on RC in a big way! Great show guys…

RC, RC, RC…RC…RC no RC no…listen to me RC, no RC, you got it all wrong RC
DC DC DC listen to me DC…DC no that’s not what I’m saying DC listen to me DC You both repeat each others names over and over it is extremely annoying and you talk over each other trying to make your point. That fine way to argue when you are hanging out with your boys having Morelos but not when you are doing a professional podcast.

Give it another chance guys!
I also hated it at first when Ariel left and didn’t care for RC but once they found their chemistry the show has dramatically improved every week and I’m on team RC now. All I’m saying is if you jumped ship then you really should give the guys another shot because it’s becoming a really good listen.

BAD w/o Ariel
I’ll admit that Ariel on his own is like a 3/5. He can be whiny and annoying. DC really took the show to the next level, definitely to a 5/5 with their chemistry and knowledgeable takes. RC is SO bad. He referred to UFC 1 happening in a ring. Dude, do you not understand the difference between boxing and MMA?? I literally unsubscribed at that moment. RC is a total fringe fan pretending to be something more. No chemistry between DC and RC, no interesting takes, and this is definitely not worth my time.

We miss Ariel
RC’s opinions are cookie cutter. And sounds like he is on his phone playing Tetris instead of watching the fights. Used to love DC and Ariel but can’t even stomach 5 minutes of this show anymore. Hope you get a real MMA co-host soon DC so I can start listening again. Mma opinions = Steven A. Smiths > RC. 😂😂😂🗑🗑🗑

I’m out!
I’m a huge DC fan and I loved the DC and Helwani Show, RIP. Not sure why they decided to use RC in place of Helwani. RC is not a bad guy but the chemistry between DC and RC is not there. Helwani is an encyclopedia of MMA knowledge, but socially awkward and physically meek while DC is the a charismatic tough guy who is trying to keep Ariel in check. Just a perfect foil to Ariel. This show offers nothing that isn’t already found in MMA podcasting — lacks the insider/outsider perspective and comedy of Believe You Me or Anik and Florian show or the hard hitting interviews and information of the MMA Hour.

Gave it a chance
Boy Dana and ESPN fumbled the bag on this one, Ariel brought so much entertainment to this show and endless knowledge of All mma not just the ufc I think that’s where RC just lacks. RC isn’t the worst option and does seem to give his all but he still seems like a guy who started watching in the early 2010’s and can’t go back past that date. I can’t wait for MMA Hour to come back.

Was hoping this show would be great. Gave it a chance. Not sure why dc was linked up with chael, or bisping, or Felder…. Or anyone we know and live in the mma community. I don’t expect this to be Ariel and dc at all but come on man. They talk over eachother a whole lot and RC is the man when talking about football, but a super casual about mma. Can’t understand the hating

Talking points with no depth, news or insight
Both men are great separately (big fan), but here, talking points clearly arranged by a producer provide no organic conversation, no directional flow, no insight into the sport whatsoever, no challenging takes, and worst of all, no thoughtful analysis. It is a bummer that a podcast that got a lot of us through quarantine has cheapened to this, and the two admittedly busy men phone in easy takes. Feels lazy- using two big ESPN names to spit shallow takes directly from a producer, likely taken directly from MMA Twitter. You learn nothing that you can’t learn by scrolling UFC headlines. Both guys are better than this, seem unprepared and should be more proud than to put out this product. Will give it a couple more chances before unsubscribing. Would like to see this get back to being a valuable listen.

Not much but hate on McGregor
it’s a worse show since the updated hosts. They don’t do much other than hate on McGregor. I swear he defends every remark made my other fighters that can’t stop talking about Conor, the does nothing but bash Conor. He called another fighter to make sure he was “okay” for the mean things Conor said. Don’t make me laugh, everyone knows Conors game. He’s obviously doing something right because he’s one of the richest athletes in the world. Unsubscribed DC hates all the success and manner in how he did it.

Disappointed
I love both of these guys and was tired of Helwani’s “I invented MMA and podcasting” attitude. This isn’t an MMA podcast. It’s a oversimplified dumb effort. I am so incredibly disappointed. Only Disney could distill 2 great personalities into this mess.

Fan of DC & Helwani and gave RC & DC a chance
Look this new format is god awful, tried to be open minded and give it a chance but it’s painful to listen to. Please give Okamoto or some actual MMA personality a show with DC. Fielder, Bisping, Brandon Moreno, ANYBODY that actually knows MMA. Or if you decide to keep this show create another to fill the void left by DC & Helwani for hardcore MMA fans.

Great MMA podcast
I’m sure nobody ever sees or reads these but I just want to say that I’ve been an avid mma fan for about 7 years. I wish would’ve gotten into it sooner. However all that I’m prefacing is that while being in the “mma circle” if you will. That’s probably a poor choice of words but anyhow since this has been a sport I’ve loved and dedicated my time to I confidently say that Jon Anik and Ariel Helwani are the most prepared and informed members on a consistent basis in the mma community. You should listen to anything the two of these men provide if you’re an MMA fan. Their ability to communicate what needs to be said and the respect from the fighters that allows them to do so is currently unprecedented in the industry. And DC is a such a character that gives some comic relief yet he knows what he’s talking about when he’s serious. Yes I commented this same post on both of their podcasts.

I get that as an athlete, fighter and friend loyalty is everything. DC has the power to say things and people will listen because it’s like the biggest mma show. Best MMA podcast out there
If you consider yourself a UFC fan then do yourself a favor and subscribe to this podcast. Anything that is worth discussing as it relates to UFC/MMA is covered on this show. Trust me, you will feel like you’re a step ahead of everyone else in terms of knowledge, and you will feel more in tune and connected with the sport and its fighters. Ariel is a great journalist, he gets to the bottom of everything - sometimes in his search for answers he is known to put off some fighters, but at the same time, it IS what makes him a great journalist. Co-host is former double champion Daniel Cormier (DC) the man, who’s a great personality and analyst and together those two make a great show. Highly recommend. Subscribe.

Great look behind the complexity of the MMA world
The combination of Ariel’s journalistic prowess challenges the devotion DC has to the guy who signs his paychecks. It is one of something I look forward to every week. His solo podcast where he interviews people in the fight world is a great look from their respective worlds. The nose knows.

The show has lost its soul
What started out as simply a goofy super MMA fan chatting and getting insights into our current day gladiators has morphed into a quasi political soap box for Ariel to air personal grievances, thank ESPN around every turn for gainful employment, and for DC to honestly overreact and play a character inconsistent with his persona. Although fun and playful at times, the show couldn’t be moving further away from the genuine character examinations real fans want. It’s simply an ongoing show about Ariel thanking his stars for having a platform with ESPN and for DC to push his shtick well beyond what’s necessary and funny. Cringy and uninformative is where fans are left. Hard pass until the climate of this show does a u-turn.

My deep nerdiness for MMA is buoyed by Ariel, DC, and the crew. Journalistic professionalism, knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm for the sport brought mr to ESPN+. The normalizing of diaper changing, crying, making and correcting mistakes, and openness about all aspects of health are the treasure that keeps me here. Thank you for your work and all of the laughs.

Always been a big fan of the Helwani show and Helwani as a person. I’ve always loved that he tells it how it is and asks the questions that other are scared to ask. I used to be a big DC hater throughout his career but now that he’s on the podcast and I’ve learned him as a person I’ve came to love DC. I think they’re a great fit together from their discussions and the way they pick on each other. If they end up getting married I would love to attend my name is Kent so I’d love an invite. Much appreciated

Self-awareness is key, I was a casual UFC fan pre-pandemic. Became a huge fan since and in big part to the Monday and Wednesday pod. Ariel and DC are hilarious and bring great insight and analysis, now I’m at the point of listening to every episode and watching almost every UFC event. Also, the Bills and Raptors references really put the show over the top. DC, please chill with the Bills slander double champ. *Disclaimer* huge Bills and 2019 NBA Champs Raptors fan Never left a podcast review before but Ariel and DC deserve it. -Danny in Buffalo

Get rid of DC
I can’t listen to the Monday episodes anymore. DC adds nothing of value. He needs to correct a few specific things: 1) He will make a huge lead up to some big point that he’s going to make, then counter it immediately with the opposite of that statement. I think he does it to play safe so that he never has wrong predictions. But it’s infuriating to listen to a guy whose hot take is that anything is possible. 2) After most points he makes, he’ll say “right?” at the end of the sentence. I think asking “right?” is kind of like saying “um” for some people... like a filler word. But he says it so much that it’s really really annoying, especially in the context. Example: Jorge Masvidal isn’t going to be able to cut that weight for much longer, right? Stephen Thompson’s best weapon is a straight jab, right? Conor needs to fight more often to keep off the ring rust, right?..... DC, who are you asking if you are right or not? We are the listeners; stop asking us, Ariel or anyone else to confirm if what you’ve just said is right or not. Instead of asking “right?” after every sentence, provide some evidence of what you’re saying or proposing and then you can show us if you’re right or not. 3) DC’s takes are not value-adds or thoughtful. He just re-states what Ariel has said, or something he heard from Dana or another source of news. If you think I’m wrong, listen to a podcast. I have never once heard DC say something where I go, “Interesting... hadn’t considered that or heard that take before”. Anyway, I stopped listening to Monday episodes. I’m fairly certain they got DC on because he’s famous. I like his color commentary of fights, but man his podcast skills are doo doo.

The Most Fun MMA Podcast
I absolutely love this show. I have been listening to it on YouTube and ITunes since day one. The host are two of the most genuine guys speaking about the one sport I love! They have made living in a pandemic a little bit easier. I finished my master’s program and have began my career in higher education with this podcast. I hope they continue this for years and years. One of my favorite things I look forward to every week! Keep it up. Also huge wrestling fan, so I love when you all get into that. DC make them move you from a guest to a host of this show. Don’t let them disrespect you like that.

Will Ariel read this or is my review just another book on his shelf🤔?
This is the best MMA podcast in the game. I’ve been a long time listener of UFC unfiltered and as much as I love the Kimura Savage and Jimmy bird, Ariel & DC are taking over. They have so much knowledge and I think casual fans (and non fight fans) would appreciate the sport much more if they started listening. PS I now have National Mason Jar Day marked on the calendar.

I used to listen/follow Ariel H. frequently. Please guys get it together for the sake of all that is good & holy... I can’t even find my last review... guess the PC Demi god’s took it down... let’s see if this one stays??? 🤭🤫 1st Amendment Rights... Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. I have been a fan for a long time & am a bit disgusted in the inability to take criticism that Ariel H. has exhibited ( IMO ). Hammer only... sometimes you have to be the nail as well. Just saying. DC is a consummate professional, willing to give it & take it (True Champ on a short list of GOATS) Chael P. is fantastic & understands the nuances of both of those ... sometimes up & sometimes down... Why keep changing the show???
This podcast used to be my first go to on Monday mornings for years starting back with the original MMA Hour. But for some reason Ariel can’t figure out what his show is supposed to be. I was a huge fan of the discussions with New York Rick after the interviews (which by the way, I love the awkward and overly personal interviews Ariel does. It really feels like actual personal discussion rather than a typical interview of all the same questions) but then NYR leaves, then I liked him bringing on other journalists to discuss the fights, similar to the old MMA Beat, but then that stops, then DC comes on and the dynamic changed to sounding like a continuous DC interview and now I don’t know what the show even is anymore. Maybe they talk about fights, maybe the show is all about DC, maybe they just joke with each other the whole time... I love listening to both DC and Ariel separately, but until they know what their show is, I’ll be looking to the Co Main Event and Morning Kombat on Monday mornings...

The MMA HOUR
First, want to thank Ariel for all his hard work and congratulate him on his success. I know the ESPN contract was a dream, and being there for the past 5 years to watch your journey has been incredible. Listening to MMA hour for 6 hours as we poured into these fighters was incredible. No other show allowed me to feel like I was personally learning each and every fighter. The discussions from Ariel felt like 2 people speaking and not some rehearsed talking points. I used to love watching live on periscope and twitter and everywhere else, and typing “platinum” in the comments waiting for Mike Perry interview. Well.. things change, the show has changed. I’ve been all aboard as it condensed from 6 to 4 to 3+ hours. Even tried to listen through COVID-19. But COVID has affected us all. My job. Our world. I can’t say stop the political pandering and “social justice” preaching because it’s your show. But I can say, I haven’t wanted ESPN Sportscenter in over 6 years because of their Disney pushed takes. And it’s hard for me to listen to this show now, even with a guy I enjoy so much in DC, when all we ever wanted was a guy named Ariel, interviewing several different fighters. That’s it. Why change the most successful formula? I’ll continue to try to listen; but I don’t WANT to hear about COVID or riots or this or that. We, the people; want to chill man. We’re so sick of the constant fear and hate propaganda pushed by the major news. We understand that Ariel and DC both care for people, so do I! I don’t want people hurting. But there’s much more at work here than we can see on the surface. Hoping you find a healthy balance and take some of your biggest fans concerns to heart. We just want raw interviews by the Goat. Thank you Ariel & DC:

Stop with the wrestling
Big fan for a long time. Back since AOL days through mma fighting and to espn. Im not a fan of the latest iteration. Too much giggling, inside jokes, and nonsense. It goes off the rails too much. Im not a stickler or a right wing looney. Im liberal. I thought id point that out because i see the feedback from the loony trump supporters. Thats not it. Its just not quality anymore. Listen to mike and the maddog or other duos. Their level of expertise was high. This is like to jamokes talking with no structure. And it shouldn't be because you guys are the best. You have the talent and knowledge. Make it a bit more formal. Not militant, but more structure and professionalism. Honest feedback. Im a fan. Get back to the matters at hand.

Ariel, first to get it out of the way: as a sports journalist you are unmatched in integrity, no BS reporting, thoughtfulness, diversity of content spanning leagues and sports - and you never shy away from an uncomfortable question that everyone wants the answers to! C’mon! I mean Darren Till’s teeth?! We all wanted to know! That said, thank you for all you contribute to society in these crazy times. Your genuineness and sincerity are breaths of fresh air in today’s media and the dynamic between you and DC is PURE GOLD. DC, GET OVER YOURSELF, FFS.
I love the minimalist tip of week section, almost appreciate it - but T&T can sound so pretentious at times; and DC needs to stop acting like he deserves the same recognition in the show like Ariel (like complaining about how the discount code wasn’t under his name). DC, get over yourself FFS! It’s his name for an obvious reason! Maybe if you treated your time on the podcast more seriously and professionally and not like a typical interview they’ll be more “supportive” of you.

ESPN MEEDS TO CHILLAX
Yo Ariel and TST, it’s the Valentina Copypasta guy, I also did the minimalist review of the week. So you know I’m a real one. ESPN needs to understand that we want more show. This isn’t broadcast, this isn’t radio, there aren’t any scheduled spots, it’s a fartin podcast! Ariel isn’t going to start asking for more money just because him and Chael enjoyed themselves and they went a bit long, those convos are the best for listeners anyway. ESPN doesn’t understand the digital landscape and you need to push back more when they tell you that a podcast should be 60 minutes. It’s not like Ariel is pulling a 12 hour long MMA hour or anything. Tell whatever ESPN bigwig that the Copypasta guy said to go salt an egg next time they tell the man who single handedly (with the help of Chael) built their digital platform to conform to outdated standards from a dying medium. TV is dying, ESPN would be too. The Nose saved them, so tell them to get theirs out of your business.

Good show, growing concern about Helwani
Great hearing DC’s analysis and insider-perspective. I respect what Helwani has brought to the sport, but I am worried his personal opinion of fighters/managers is starting to taint his analysis. I hope he stays rooted in his journalism upbringing. Still a great show. Both great guys.

Ariel is absolutely phenomenal, DC...Not so much
As someone who came up on MMA live and other MMA shows and podcasts I had high hopes for this one as Ariel Helwani is such an informed voice in the space. Unfortunately much of the talent is lost as the podcast has very little set form allowing Daniel Cormier to just ramble about things no one cares about. DC, congrats on the kids, but no one cares. Tighten up the production and talk about what people care about, the comfort and conversational tone is great when you can stay on course but instead it leads to a lot of meandering and 2.5 wasted hours where I feel like I came out none the wiser on a sport I’ve loved for nearly 15 years.

Used to be a great podcast
I like DC & I think Ariel has in the past been a great mma journalist. Now the episodes are comprised of DC talking smack to Ariel, Ariel doing his cringy laugh (repeatedly and drawn out), then talking about the NBA for the rest of the time. Less BS, less Cringy laughing and get back to talking about MMA please!

ESPN changed you
Once one of the best MMA shows on the air. Great interviews. Once ESPN became involved it has become a commercial. Interviews cut short. Talking about how great you and your interviews are have taken over for quality content. Now you have added Daniel Cormier. He repeats himself incessantly, talks about himself more then bringing his personal knowledge of events adding to understanding what is happening. Stop jamming the man down our throats. ESPN has ruined your program. Once a weekly necessity to listen to, now I deleted you from my library.

Thank you Ariel!
I’ve been a loyal listener to Ariel’s MMA Show since the crust-first days with NY Ric. Ariel always asks the questions all us MMA fans want to know, even with the follow up questions! The interviews come off as super casual and comfortable but I know that comes from a lot of time prepping for these shows. Thanks for all the great interviews, insight and content Ariel, I’m a big fan. I did want to mention a small bit of constructive criticism - I’m not yet feeling the Ariel and DC show quite yet (it’s early though, so still time). The first several minutes of this past Monday’s show just isn’t good listening. To be frank, I think you respect DC so much that you allow him too much time to go on about mundane things in his day-to-day, or what he’s thinking or worrying about. Kind of an odd small talk vibe. I think DC has the ability to be a great co-host with you, but right now for some reason he’s playing it safe and being a politician with his analyses, not giving us a hot take on any fights or fighters. A large part of what he talks about feels sort of lecture-y and shallow. "You know what Ariel .... (then goes on about a pretty basic thought or point of view)." DC is one of the best minds in the sport, and he's for sure the best co-color commentator with Rogan, so if he’s able to settle into this spot with you, it could be one of the best 1-2 punches, but right now I mostly tune out. Anyway, much love to you from San Francisco, CA. You are the MAN. Best - Troy (not TST)

Ariel and the Good Guy
Love the show, been listening for years. Ariel, if you are going to do a show on the regular with DC, it’s obvious, Ariel and the Good Guy! Ariel, it is also very obvious that you do not have enough things to do, so have you ever considered doing a fight companion during any of the UFC events? Am I wrong to think that you watch some of these fights with one eye open, worried for the fighters that you like? Keep up the good work!

You are everything wrong with the sport...
The only reason you’ve gotten this far is because you weaseled your way to the top of the MMA journalist spot. You covered the sport when it was nowhere near as viable or lucrative as it is now. Your “longevity” and familiarity are what has kept you you around. Why these fighters keep talking to you are beyond myself and those that actually participate and watch the sport. I hope you and your ilk read this and we can exchange some contact info. I’d love to get my hands on you. I can’t wait for The Schmo to take you out.

Big ups
I love this podcast, the only issues I’ve had is getting the audio to play after it says it is available so often times I’m replaying to segments I’ve heard through Instagram teasers. Over I think Ariel does an amazing job at staying neutral and coming out professional during awkward moments. I love when the fighters are going hard on the other fighters with words and you have to somehow not come off too one sided either way! Also love the celebrity appearances and would like to add the Dream episode for me would include a cameo from Michael Jai white! Make it happen and I’ll love you forever!

ARIEL HELWANI RUINED RASHAD EVANS !!
Last week Ariel proudly boasted how he inadvertently started the Jones/Evans rivalry by making sure Jones saying he’d fight Evans from his interview made it on air. What if Helwani never asked Jones that question, would Evans have left Jackson Wink so quickly hearing Jones having no problem fighting his mentor on national television??! We all can agree Evans was never the same after he left Jackson Wink, only winning two fights after losing to Jones, retiring on a FIVE fight losing streak. Since then going vegan growing dreadlocks and considering returning at Welterweight in another organization?? Are You Happy Ariel!!!??? I’m totally trolling, hope TST reads this on the podcast. You guys should have a 3rd /45 minute Friday show where you answer questions in the reviews and take calls. RESPECT

I am a big fan of Ariel's show, and have been for years. The new Wednesday format is such a treat as well. Ariel took a picture with me outside the Staples Center for the LA stop of the MayMac press tour, and I later found out this was just moments after he found out he was pulled from the Showtime broadcast. No question, I just want to say I really enjoyed the Gareth A. Davies interview this week. Him being open about his health was so touching, and as a two-time cancer survivor I know how important it is to be on top of these things. I am also loving the Minimalist Tips of the Week fro TST. I will not lie and say I am going to implement them, but they are very enlightening to my capitalistic, overendulgent self. Thank you for reading this, even if you don't put it on air.

dear mr. helwani, first i’d like to express that i’ve been a big fan of your work for many, many years. i’ve always respected and admired your professionalism and candor in the shallow field of MMA reporters. with that said, i must admit dissatisfaction with the matter that steve o brought up on the hour several months back. i saw the heavens part when he mentioned to you that the thumbnails used by espn+ for the MMA events are SPOILING said events. just this past weekend one of the thumbnails used for a replay is wideman, sitting on the mat looking despondent. and last week, for a PFL event, the thumbnail was kaila harrison securing an arm bar!! only you can save us poor souls that do not have the luxury to watch these cards live mr.helwani! as o e of the founding fathers of the espn+ platform, it is your duty, nay, your destiny, to make this right!! sincerely, eddy.

Ariel’s Podcasts.. a weekly tradition
Ariel’s podcast help me get through my week. Sherdog radio introduced me to mma podcasts and Ariel made me fall in love with it. Top notch interviews and honest updates on the key stories buzzing in the mma world. When Ariel took a Monday off for Rosh Hashanah there was a noticeable void in my week... my girlfriend even commented I seemed like something was bothering me- not to worry he dropped bonus content that week to make up for it and all was right in the world. After a rough start once moving over to ESPN the quality is much improved. The host is one of the best minds in the sport so I am pleased that somebody got a hold of this show and improved the audio. This is a must listen for MMA fans. Here are my questions for next week: 1. Do you think Steipe vs DC gets booked for Cleveland? As a CLE fan who was here for his first title defense, the fan support for the UFC was very strong and we deserve another event. 2. I want to learn more about Screen Free Saturday: does the phone count? Can you still get calls or texts? What about email? The people need to know!!!! From Dan in Cleveland

My fave MMA show
Love the mix of opinion and perspectives from the MMA space. Ariel does a great job in selecting his guests, can’t wait to hear from others like Mike Russel, Karim Zidan and Damon Martin. If I had one question it would be what is the next evolution for the UFC? Before the sale we saw lots of nice additions like USADA, Uniforms, Performance Institute and now after we see the ESPN deal. Where do we go, how does it grow? Unionization? Fairer pay? MMA as an Olympic sport??

Not as good as the MMA Hour
I am a long time Ariel Helwani listener and supporter! I used to chomp at the bit to get that Monday perspective from Ariel when he was with MMAFighting but I’d be lying if I said I had the same enthusiasm today. The quality of Ariel’s interview skills are unparalleled but the audio doesn’t sound as good and the whole show is censored! I find that I’m not as interested in listening to the show and that I only listen to pieces of shows once or twice in a month, where I used to listen to every episode from the beginning to the end! I’m very happy if this ESPN move was more lucrative for Ariel, but in totality the feel and quality of the show itself have gone way down (IMO).

Ariel and Eric have the best show in MMA and have had a stranglehold on MMA media for years. What a great pick up by ESPN.

Great content & host, marginal quality
This is now an espn podcast. We get it that Skyping the guests is neato and all. But the moment there is a poor or spotty connection, there has to be a backup plan. Same goes for taking cell phone calls. How we can not have a dedicated land line on both ends is beyond me. It’s just a very frustrating recurring bummer that never gets fixed. Other than that, the show is great

A little too long
I love the show I just wish it was a little shorter. Takes me a few days sometimes to get through the entire show. Editing the language is a little odd to me.

Ariel is a left winger, and obviously resents America
Ariel pretends to be an unbiased journalist, yet he is an obvious left winger. He just promoted a hate filled video by Snoop Dogg in which he yells “F*ck Trump” over and over while watching a Woodley fight. He constantly shows his bias against Dana White, and now Donald Trump. He is actively anti-American for anyone who listens closely. It’s a shame because when he sticks to mma he does a good job, but he can’t hide his resentment against white people, and the current President. Just STOP acting like you aren’t biased.

Why bleep language when you play it live
Thought it was gonna end up changing, but the fact they bleep language only on the play back is growing more and more annoying. Like the title, why bleep language if you’re ok with it live? If a fighter suffers a devastating loss and is emotional in the way they speak, I don’t want to have to puzzle together what they’re trying to say. Having a guy like Nate, Till, or Conor on wouldn’t even be worth the listen. Create a separate censored version for those that are offended by the language.

Horrible audio
Man, I love Ariel but the sound quality has been horrible since he moved to ESPN... like so horrible you can’t even listen to the interviews. I know this isn’t Ariel’s fault- he is by far the best MMA journalist out there, but I just can’t stand hours of garbled speech. I also don’t love the ads in the middle of the program.... gotta do what you gotta do but the format has changed enough that this podcast I used to live for is going in the unsubscribe file.

What? What did he say?
The sound quality is god awful. I can only understand every fifth word and am struggling to make sense of anything. Love Helwani but can someone help him with production side of it? Or if someone already is, then maybe they need to be replaced. We are in 2018 and there is no excuse for this. It would take simple fixes which is why it’s astounding anyone would put out such an embarrassingly produced show at this level of the game.

Poor Audio
The audio is horrendous. Probably about 30% of the interviews are unintelligible. I get it, it's the interviewees internet connection. Maybe you need to test their connection ahead of time and see if it is workable. If not, do the interview by phone! Or I guess you could just keep doing what your doing. Asking if they can hear you every other sentence or if you should call via phone every 30 seconds. MAKE A CHANGE or continue to sound like a high school radio show.

MMA Show length
Now that Ariel is hosting there are far too many awkward pauses. If they edit those out the length of the show would go from 5 to 4 hours. Informative and interesting guest but to long.
